Hotel was excellent no complaints

It was cleans. Back grounds were beautiful. Bfast area very comfortable.

Tough to get coffee in the morning just wait wait wait. Abd a refill request took a long time. In the small rooms on top floor were to small for allThat heavy furniture.

To have to walk outside to go to the breakfast when you are not staying in the main building, and a gym would be nice!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. 1) Great location, walkable to all key sites, old town, casino, theater, concert hall, parks, restaurants; 2) great buffet breakfast in a lovely setting; 3) very helpful and attentive staff; 4) the entire place is elegant, circa 1874 building, our room was the lovely and large “The Mozart Room”, other rooms are even nicer and larger; 5) onsite parking, no problem handling our car; 6) lovely sitting area room; 7) outdoor grounds are lovely; 8) if you need to do laundry (you’re on a long trip), coin-operated self-service washing and dryer machines 1.5 blocks away. Didn’t want to leave!

Good localisation. 10 min. from SPA center. Room comfortable, clean, roomy. Nice and rich breakfast. Very nice garden. Very good Wifi.

No possibilty for making coffee or tea in the room. Expensive parking. Not enough free sockets in the room.

Breakfast didn't correspond to the premium placement of the hotel. Everything ready-made and no variety or local colour.For the rate facilities in the room were average: old 80s aircon and no coffee machine.

The hotel is beautiful and has a magical atmosphere, designed in an old-fashioned, charming style.The breakfast wasn’t very big, but it was still rather tasty and enjoyable.The garden is absolutely fantastic — beautifully maintained with a lovely fountain, creating a perfect place to relax.There are also loads of paintings and decorative elements throughout the floors, adding even more character and charm to the overall experience.Parking is available on site for an extra fee, which is very convenient.Dogs were very welcome in the hotel with bowls waiting for them at arrival.

Unfortunately, there were a few negative aspects during our stay:•There was no one available to help with the luggage upon arrival.•There is no elevator in the hotel, and despite that, no assistance with the luggage was offered.•A private event for an outside company was organized during our stay, but we were not informed about it in advance. Because of this event, there were no parking spaces left for us when we arrived back at the hotel after a long day of visiting museums, even though many of the event attendees were not hotel guests.

The building is beautiful and well kept. The inside is as expected for this type of accomodation, with a lot of attention to details. It transposes the guest in another time and I think this is the intention when booking such an accomodation. The garden is small, but beautiful. It is close to the center, but in a calmer area.The problem is the breakfast which was quite dissapointing. The quality of food is at the most average, and the choice is limited.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of everywhere in Baden Baden. The staff were exceptional - they provided helpful recommendations for the area and kindly helped make a dinner reservation for us at late notice at a brilliant restaurant of their recommendation. The rooms are spacious with very comfy beds and are intricately designed. There is great attention to detail everywhere in this hotel, we would love to stay again.

Stunning property in a great location. The hotel restaurant was fully booked so we were booked into the sister hotel 1 minute walk away. We had an amazing meal and fantastic service.

We were assigned a room/suite in a building adjacent to the hotel. Although it would have been nice to know at the point of booking it didn’t spoil our stay and the suite was very comfortable.

Such a beautiful hotel, in a nice quiet location, within a few minutes walk to the city centre. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, felt like you wake up in a different time! Loved it.

- we asked to give us another room as we found in the night a bed bug (punaises de lit, bettwanzen) , the reaction of the staff was cool and uninterested ... - small bed (140 cm) with hard matrass - breakfast was rather basic , and very crowded sunday morning (small breakfast room)- additional cost for the parking place for the car (24 euro per night)- the invoice was wrong : we had to make the remark that the cost of the room was already paid ...

We liked the time period decor.

Could have given more effort for high tea. Staircase to the room was very steep.

The room was exceptional. The breakfast was excellent. I wanted to stay in the historic building. There is an additional building which is part of the hotel. The concierge kindly arranged a room in the historic building.

I would love to have a kettle in the room.
