Everything was perfect, the location is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff are friendly and helpful, the interior design is absolutely mesmerizing, the atmosphere and vibes of the hotel is really creative. I loved every detail in there.

Very disappointing experience – we used to love this place

I made a reservation two months in advance for a stay in April. Just two days before our arrival, I received an email informing me that the spa would be under renovation and therefore unavailable — which was completely unacceptable, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.I immediately contacted customer service to cancel our stay and request a full refund. They kindly assured me in writing that I would be reimbursed 100%. Since I had booked through Booking.com, I've been going back and forth with both the hotel and Booking for weeks now, trying to get my money back. Each side keeps telling me something different, and no one takes real responsibility.In the end, I only got refunded €28 — barely 10% of the total — and now the hotel’s customer service is completely ignoring my messages, despite having guaranteed a full refund.I'm beyond disappointed. My partner and I used to really love this establishment, but this experience has completely changed our opinion. This level of service and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable.

Where to start, everything is 5* plus. The staff are so friendly nothing is too much for them. The spa is exquisite, I skipped the local spa’s and chose to use Roomers instead. The views are absolutely amazing. So easy to get to. I flew to Frankfurt and took a train to Baden Baden and the bus stops a 1 min walk away. After this I did not need any public transport till my return trip, which sadly came too early. The spa is German, but you can wear your swimwear / towel. Nothing better than heating up in a sauna and stepping into the clean fresh air of the Black Forest to cool down. The pool on the top deck is easily accessible from the spa and again the staff are so friendly. All the guests were very pleasant and friendly. Thank you for a providing me a wonderful stay

Design hotel and suite, helpful staff, food and drinks in restaurant/roof top bar. Easy to reach by car (parking under the hotel).

Great hotel, very comfortable room, amazing spa.

Unfortunately, there were several technical issues in our room (didn’t provide the iPad, TV international channels out of service, no Apple TV…) that were not resolved until the end of the stay. Several ppl from the hotel came to try to fix it without finding a real solution neither providing an apology. The communication became very cold. From the next day, I can describe the hotel service as very unpleasant and frustrating. It did unfortunately spoiled the whole picture from our stay. Also room service took around 40min to arrive and food was already cold.

-room not ready for check-in (1h20 late, which disrupted our plans)-Service disappointing: not experienced employee, got the wrong order at the roof-top bar, and our order at breakfast was forgotten-spa area not cleaned often. Situation catastrophic after 21h, used towels all over the place, all drinks empty, no employee to take care regularly of the spa ??-no gesture for the late check-in, and all the points mentionned above during check-out.Not 5 stars experience, would deserve 4superior

Smoking at the bar

We really liked the hotel: we had just arrived at the hotel when they offered to park our car in the parking lot, the check-in was very fast and pleasant: we were offered drinks and the room was upgraded. The room was very comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A special delight from the breakfasts - everything is very fresh, the menu for every taste. Special thanks to the very friendly waitress Anna for her professionalism. The hotel left a very pleasant impression!

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, good food, very well equipped fitness and spa facilities.

Slight deferred maintenance in the bathrooms, slightly less choice at the breakfast buffet (which is nevertheless still excellent).

Everything is good except parking.

The parking lot is a little bit difficult to find as it is located at the entry of the parking lot located at the street on the left of the hotel. It may take a while if it is your first visit. The spaces are sufficient though, and there are guiding signs too.

The receptionist mistakenly extended my stay by one day less than needed, and there were no rooms available. The manager told me to leave immediately or be evicted, speaking to us very rudely. This treatment was unacceptable and hurtful. I hope you will address this issue to prevent future occurrences.I have really bad mood

I have stayed here a few times now and really like the hotel. The rooftop and cocktail bars are also very nice

The staff at times were distracted and failed to acknowledge that we were waiting. great service when you managed to get their attention but otherwise a bit frustrating, especially given the hotel is not the cheapest

Luxury design rooms, premium products in a room (bath). Hightech facilities, very impressive!

Tv was not working, 1 night lamp too. Informed the receptionist, not repaired during 2 nights stay.
