Leonardo Royal Hotel Baden- Baden

The staff and location was great, lovely bathroom and comfortable bed.

Breakfast was only included for 2 days during my stay but I was to be there for 15 days. Breakfast cost was 20EUR and that was too much, the breakfast should be include throughout the entire stay. Damp room attracted gnats as well.

I liked the location, room is warm with a nice balcony, the spa facilities are great, breakfast was good too.

Noisy with both internal and external construction and guests dogs barking. A bit of far walk to town so expected it to be quiet. Not good food options nearby and hotel restaurant is small and wouldn’t allow food at their bar which didn’t make sense.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and there were a variety of choices. Dinner was also very good. The spa was clean and very relaxing.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Our stay was great.

Great hotel with wonderful spa facilities. Bus stop to downtown Baden Baden is just a few minutes away and very convenient. Our room was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. Many options at the breakfast buffet. Thanks, we had a great time!

I liked the location but I wasn’t a fan of the limited parking options. Because of our disassociation, they did protect a discount which was appreciated so my review is better than what it would have been.

Issues with staff, not friendly, issues with parking and breakfast wasn’t optimal at all. Plus my diamond earrings randomly disappeared in the bathroom after I hide them away in my little baggie. Of course the time I don’t put them in a safe or wear them. Limited follow up about that. Maybe I somehow lost them myself? I just wouldn’t ever go back to this hotel or same brand.

Location, pillows, and breakfast. We brought our own pillows, but didn't use them because the hotel had exceptionally good pillows.

The parking situation was a bit awkward and the night shift didn't find the solution at first. But it all was resolved after a few attempts.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, lots of amenities, good pool and good options of sauna.

The staff of the front desk and in breakfast room were more than nice , attentive , and helpful .The rooms were big enough , clean and well prepared, internet was good . The breakfast was excellent everything was great though I wish to have for next time fresh cut fruits without the syrup and some dried fruit would be nice, also extra type of honey.

I loved the quiet, but I wish I’d been just a bit closer to the main part of town for ease of walking. The bus helped, though. If I hadn’t had a sore hip it would have been fine, I’m sure.

About a 20 minute walk to the downtown area. Totally fine for me but maybe not the best for little kids

Front desk staff is polite.The rooms are large and have a balcony with a table and chairs.Beds are comfortable. Location is very good.Coffee machine in the bedroom.

I guess the experience will depend on which room you get. First I was assigned a room that smelled really bad and was next to the elevator, which would have made the stay rather unpleasant. The hotel new about the smell in the room because the fan inside the bathroom was set to be constantly on. Problems like this should be addressed and solved. I complained and the front desk was helpful and moved me to a much nicer room. The doors slam shut, a bit problematic late at night and early in the morning. The front desk gave me a late check out, I mentioned I would be leaving at around 1pm instead of 12, at approx 12.30 housekeeping came in, I explained, they gave me an annoyed stare and closed the door without even replying. The TV is not connected to the internet and therefore it is not possible to watch Netflix/YouTube nor to cast the phone screen on the TV, this is a shame as there were very few cable channels and none of the ones in english were working.

Room was really spacious and comfortable.Good location, around 1km away from the city centre.Pool and Spa facilities were good. The hotel looks a bit old but it has been beautifuly renovated.

The breakfast area and setup were not the best, especially for big groups of people that will show up at the same time. I also believe that the menu could have a bit more options but it was ok.

The room was great with a good view of nature. Breakfast was really good in the day it was not crowded. Receptionist was very helpful and kind

At the first breakfast there were too many people and food was not renew fast. I was never able to park my car at the hotel. Too few lots and some for disable person was used by sports car.
