I could check in outside the check in period as I needed to arrive late. Very friendly staff. Very cosy and comfortable room. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Parking was a big plus for me too. Very happy.

No elevator and lots of stairs late at night with my heavy luggage. But the nice view made up for that.

I really like this hotel and always stay there when I'm in Baden-Baden. It is close enough to the city centre, crystal clean, very delicious breakfast, free parking and in addition is pet friendly which is important for me.

There is no elevator, so it might be difficult for some people to climb to the last floor.

The restaurant was excellent and the bed so comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having breakfast included was a nice extra! This may seem insignificant but the background music that was played in the evening and at breakfast was very tasteful and created a nice ambiance.

Be mindful that there is no elevator but the person at the front desk was more than willing to carry my bag up.

During the night the lamp on the ceiling keeps burning at a low level resulting in a room which isn’t dark

A bit far from the center. But with free parking to make up for it.What made it less than ideal was a shower curtain too small so that a quick rinse off turned the bathroom floor into a lake :(

Great location, centre of Baden Baden is 15 min walk. Bathroom in the room should be renovated. No other channels except German ones on TV, no fridge. We were not bothered by that since we just slept in the room. We could hear everything in the room at night, every step or door closing. Breakfast was ok, would suggest other options for eggs than just hard boiled eggs. Dinner was excellent. Staff was friendly. If you need a room just to spend couple of days and you like to walk and enjoy the scenery, this is a great option.

A friendly welcome and a clean simple room.

This is more of a restaurant with rooms than a hotel and as the restaurant was closed on the day I visited pretty disappointing. Apart for the initial welcome I saw nobody, no communal lounge , bar or even the option of a coffee. The place is very much on the edge of the town and a fairly long walk for food and drink.

Very friendly staff, great location with nice parking, good price, nice rooms and fantastic breakfast.

Location was alright.

Host/Staff was not present. NO ONE AT RECEPTION. Envelope with keys was hard to find. Parking = non existing. Toilet seat was broken (I hurt myself when seating.) Walls of the bathroom/shower was full of mold. Very noisy in the morning (poor insulation. Breakfast was poor, boiled eggs were cold and when opened clearly not eatable.

Parking was good, location was good. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice.

Room was very tired and dated. Black mold on shower tiles and on the shower curtain. Bed head very worn and mattress very soft.

Smell of cigarettes in the bedroom. Everything looked very outdated and old and honestly I didn’t want my baby to sleep in the property.
