Pros +
- Staff were nice, friendly, polite, helpful and professional
- Everything was top notch - the amazing room design, the comfy bed, the gigantic bathtub, the blinds that make the room completely dark in the morning, the picturesque wine fields views from the room and balcony, the lovely staff that so warmly welcomed us and helped us with dedication to contact our car rental company, the included high quality breakfast that not only serves the basic stuff but also includes fresh vegetables, salmon and a real fried egg (a very uncommon thing to find in a free breakfast in eu/us)! It just feels that they thought about ALL the details to make this a perfect stay.
- Loved the Suite style of the room, having a balcony, and the surrounding views. The room was very spacious and breakfast was delicious.
Cons -
- 1/ internet connection: super spotty, slow and non functional 2/ wellness center: jacuzzi was out of order and there was no plan on fixing it3/ location: without car there are not many options other than the buss which specifically during the weekend is unreliable 4/ pet friendly: the property only has few rooms that are pet friendly and if you are not lucky to get them then there is the possibility of being out of room! This was not worth the price!
- Honestly it's really hard to find something we didn't like. I guess the internet quality could be improved a bit - we occasionally lost connectivity. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Germany.
- Everything was fantastic.

Loved the Suite style of the room, having a balcony, and the surrounding views. The room was very spacious and breakfast was delicious.
Everything was fantastic.
Buffet breakfast, easy parking, very good smelling soap and shampoo, walking trails up the hill right next to the hotel that leads to a nice lookout and the namesake stone.
Beautiful room, with lots of attention to detail, and great staff. Very good restaurant. And everything is perfectly clean.
Horrible pillows, unfortunately. Heating didn't warm up. Breakfast buffet rather limited.
The location is amazing the staff are always on hand to help out food is above and beyond rooms were amazing cleaning every day if wanted.
The fact our stay come to an end
All positive, very friendly staff, food, room, perfect communication with reception, nice and quiet area, direct to the forest for beautifull hikes.
The hot chocolate from the machine is realy not drinkable. For the rest of our stay, on my request, I received the real stuff ;). Maybe this should be served from the first day?
Staff are adorable people, nice view, perfect for who's seeking the quiet places.
The room is too cold, bed sheets has some smell and so on the pillows are not comfortable neither the mattress. My wife slept with a jacket because of the cold, there was a dusty blanket in the closet
A charming hotel in a beautiful wine village. Great breakfast, good service, and nice dinner restaurant.
Parking spots in front of the house are a bit small. (the other parking option is better)
The property was very nice and quiet The Staff very friendly The food delicious
Lovely location, comfortable room, friendly staff , tasty evening meals
Breakfast could do with more hot food available.
Excellent communication prior to visit Quirky wine culture and decor Welcome upon arrival Restaurant excellent and extensive wine list Attention to detail
Would have preferred standalone shower One of the restaurant team lacked a friendly face ( efficient but not smiley
It is clean, comfortable, the food and drink is delicious, fantastic views, and the team is great. I’ve stayed multiple times and I’ll keep returning.
Nothing I don’t like about it. That’s why I keep going back.
Location is nice and quiet. Hotel is lovely. Staff are great. Spa is nice touch. Diner was very good too (halibut)
Quiet area, good quality bed and accesoriesGood quality soap, shampoo
In the room- bad smell from the carpetBasic breakfastNoisy fan in the bathroom Internet not functional on the 2nd floor, or too much restrictionThe hotel restaurant was closed on Thursday, unpleasant to find out after driving the car for more than 1000 km, this detail is not mentioned in the description. If we knew it in advance we would eat at the gas station or grab something before to get there
Set in the middle of the veinyards, the hotel is the perfect starting point for walks, hikes and. bike rides. It's small and cosy. Rich breakfast, nice dinner, both served on a terrace. Great service and stay.
The furniture is a little outdated.
super friendly staffnice and quiet locationgood restaurant with very nice wines
Everything was amazing. the staff were extra nice and very attentive during breakfast and when you wanted to ask them any questions. I did not interact much with the staff otherwise since we were always out exploring. it was a lovely location where we were able to catch the sunset through the hallway communal balcony. it feels like they thought of everything and everything they designed was meant to be there. The room is very well designed and everything felt like home.
We had no complaints other than the car park gets full every evening from the restaurant so would recommend to come back way later or earlier than 6pm. If you are booking the spa make sure you book by 8:30 anythings later than this they will not turn it on for you :)
Excellent location of the hotel, amid beautiful vineyards. The cleanliness of the room (spotlessly clean) and its comfortable size. Very friendly staff. At the restaurant we had delicious sommer salat, flammekuche and shrimps. There are also choices of walking trails in the area to walk off the calories gained from good food!
1- pillows… too soft too flat2- air conditioner - the system automatically shut off at 11pm. (And restarted at 9am) We had to open the window at night to let fresh air into the room, which means around 5am daylight filled the room and woke us up!
This hotel is very beautiful. The staff is nice, the hygiene is really good, breakfast and dinner both great, surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Really one of my favourite places to stay, I strongly recommend this hotel
