Aqua Aurelia Suitenhotel an den Thermen

Very handy location. You can walk downtown to restaurants and go by tunnel to the spas nearby.

Very large room even in the US. I loved this hotel and its access to the Thermal Spa and how close it is to the Lichtentaler Allee and all the shopping. I can't wait to visit again. The service in the restaurant and front desk was excellent.

The rooms were big and nicely furnished. It was close to the spas and many resturants.

We paid extra for a Cacalla Spa view and did not receive the room we booked. The manager acknowledged this but did nothing to resolve it. Our friends room was charged to our credit card and they refused to provide a receipt despite 2 international calls.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is always consistent with cleanliness and comfort. The location to the spas and other attractions is perfect.

Charge for parking in the garage now.

Lighting switches could be easier

Nice large rooms with elegant decor touches. If you are going to the therme, you can't beat the super close location. You can even buy entrance at the hotel front desk.

There needs to be more bed options. They were very accommodating in separating the twins by the couple feet available, howevwr.

dont go if you want a calm dignified breakfast

breakfast is a total fraud… no space… just claustrophobic, and they take big serve shortcuts. crazy price per night given this uncivilized morning aspect.

The rooms were spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip. What impressed me most was the honesty of the staff: I had forgotten a very expensive ring in the room after checkout, and the cleaning lady found it. The hotel contacted me right away and even shipped it back to me. That kind of honesty is rare these days, and it speaks volumes about the staff and management. Truly grateful and highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and spacious room, excellent location, good breakfast, helpful staff, we really had a good time in Aqua Aurelia. And in Baden-Baden itself, so green and beautiful.

A more diversified menu for dinner would be nice.

The room size

- They have rooms at the ground floor were the balcony was replaced with a shared terrace.- The parking was not available at the hotel and nearby parking area cost around 24 euros per day.

The sleeping room is too small; there was no airconditioning blower in the sleeping room; the extra bed provided at an exorbitant cost of euro 55 p.d. Was very small and inconvenient; the breakfast rate was very steep at euro 25 pp pd with limited options; the hotel had no gym or swimming pool. There are no luxuries in the hotel and the look and feel of the hotel is very apartment like

Spacious rooms. Great location with easily accessed parking. Short walk into town. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast crew outstanding.

Very little. Some of the shag carpeting in the hallways are dated and need replacement.

Huge suit like room. Comfy bed. Big toilet and nice shower even though a bit small. Coffee making machine in room. Wonder staff, excellent breakfast with wonderful varieties and choices. The Superb Carcalla thermal spa is literally linked to the hotel. 2 minutes walking to the beautiful city center of Baden-Baden.

The air conditioning and the safe deposit box were not working throught our stay and they were not able to fix them.

Staying there during a last few years. Always amazing. Across Therme bath. Big rooms, great price.

I couldn’t say something bad there. No gym.
