Its location, atmosphere, comfort and staff

A minor matter, but at night it became cold outside and the heating in the room was not working. But,at least, the duvets were warm and excellent!

The faciltiites worked well and breakfast was good with a friendly atmosphere. Staff were very nice.

It was spacious and elegant. The bathroom was huge. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great proximity to the spas and shops. We loved being able to have breakfast right downstairs.

The location was perfect, the staff were very nice, and the room was comfortable and clean. Also on the last day at check-out, they gave us two boxes of chocolate from their bakery, which was a very nice gesture. They honestly tasted amazing.

I needed water in the middle of the night, but there was no one available at the reception, and it was not possible to buy water there. As it was a holiday, the places outside were closed.

The owner and the staff weee extremely attentive. The location is ideal.

Breakfast seating sometimes took longer but that is also a testament to its popularity.

Traveled with my family of 7 for the x-mas fairs. We wanted to be close to the pools/saunas in town, and these were across the way which was great. Anna, the one who runs the place and has her name on the hotel, was present every day. She was awesome, and beautiful too. The breakfast was the best of my 3 week trip, I think her mother runs the attached bakery. Would stay again anytime:)

Very accommodating. We arrived late, they were still welcoming. Arranged for us the have breakfast early when we had to leave before the normal breakfast time. Arranged for a taxis, that arrived early and was very efficient.

Small room

Thr room was clean and located by thermal bath

There is no water pressure in the shower and sink with warm water. It's hard to take a shower with a drizzle of warm water. The breakfast was subpar.

Staff was outstanding. Breakfasts were very good, and coffee was served by a person, not available in a machine!

Room seemed a little small, but that is true for a lot of European hotels.

Lovely little hotel- A boutique experience at a nice friendly price. Right across from the baths. So easy to see everything in the old town and just a short stroll to the casino! Wonderful experience.

The was not a thing that needed improvement. Just perfect!

The location of the hotel is excellent, Just beside the baths. The hotel is very elegant and clean, we asked for an early check in and this was provided, and we also needed them to keep the luggage for us, which they did. Breakfast was good and fresh, nothing big, but just enough in my opinion.

The hotel needs some maintenance, for example the toilet flushing was getting stuck, and water keeps flowing if you do not manually put in place. This is my bad, as i did not check before, but the hotel has no AC and in July in might get a bit uncomfortable nowadays.

Location to Spa was excellent. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
