A great hotel at a reasonable rate, for Baden. The location is such that the city centre, the railway and the excellent bus system are easily accessed. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful. They always had time to answer our many questions.

Room was too small. Basic amenities like dental kit/room slippers weren't available even after repeated requests.

Staff was eager to please. The coffee/hot chocolate machines were operative, and available. Christmas punch and cookies were also provided in the lobby. Rooms a bit small, but beds comfortable. Easy bus access to and from town center.

Desk and room access escalator from street level was broken, so stairs or very small elevator were the only options, which made luggage difficult. Small elevator made wait times longer.

Excellent breakfast, soundproofing and a good location near the center.

Secure parking, great location, pleasant and helpful staff, alfresco breakfasts and a room that met expectations.

Escalator to reception out of action and initially we were given keys to sn occupied room.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and genuinely kind. They truly understand how to take care of customers and were always available whenever I needed assistance, at any time.

No AC.

Air conditioning was broken in the middle of summer and they only told us upon arrival when we couldn’t cancel anymore. Being placed on the 5th floor in a glass front hotel it was very warm so we had to open the windows which was very loud due to the big street next to the building. There also weren’t any available parking slots in the hotel parking so we had to walk from further away with all of our luggage, hotel parking is super expensive though anyways. Breakfast could be good with the food on offer but it was ruined by extremely loud and disruptive service personnel that kept interrupting people’s breakfast experience rudely, even scaring one little boy next to our table. This hotel is not worth the high price at all and I would recommend looking elsewhere, and this is coming from someone who has never written a bad review.

It was clean and the breakfast was good. Also good price.

AC was down without any compensation for that so sleeping was hard. Staff was mid at best.

Most of Bookings.com have been nice. It had a beautiful breakfast but much was depleted, such as clean silverware.

We did arrive late but had called. We were surprised there were no parking spots left. Motorcycles could have been parked more conservatively, leaving a couple more spots open. Then when we found out that there was no AC w weather in 90s!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We had a pleasant stay.

I had booked this property specifically for A/C room but on complaining that a/c is not working I was informed that the whole facility doesn’t have a/c .It was a horrible hot night stay.?Not sure why this property is being listed as a/c rooms

The location of the hotel was good.

They advertised having a/c which is why I booked it because I knew it would be hot this week (like up into 29 degress celsius). When we arrived they told us the a/c wasn't working. It was extremely hot in the room (we were placed on the 2nd floor), even when cracking the windows open. Just something to keep in mind. Maybe call ahead of time to see if the a/c has been fixed. The breakfast was ok. If you are grabbing breakfast between 8-9 am expect there to be a huge rush hour of people in such a tiny little buffet area. Also to note their parking garage is quite small but we did find another near l'osteria.

After we checked in, we were informed that the air conditioning was not working. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with hot weather, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unpleasant.Additionally, the receptionist (the one wearing glasses) was noticeably lacking in professionalism and hospitality. Her attitude left me with a negative impression of the hotel and its service standards.I hope these issues will be taken seriously and addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Service was impeccable. The bar area was great both in the evening (where there was a fair amount of socializing) and the morning, with lots of folks there for breakfast. It is VERY convenient to the Festspielhaus, which is why we were in town - an easy walk up the street! There are also a few restaurants in walking distance, though it's a little far away from the Old Town parts to walk.

They have on-site parking, but it is small and was full the whole time we were there. Fortunately, they have a loading zone in front to get in and out, and there is ample parking nearby.

I loved the breakfast and the fact that most of the choices were ecological. However, the room service needs a bit of improvement.

Location and room were ok. If not incidents with breakfast and vomiting guests or/and employees, the review would be much better.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The breakfast selection was quite poor—stale bread, not-so-fresh vegetables, a basic assortment of hams, cereals with milk, boiled eggs, pancakes, and some sweets. After breakfast, my partner became very ill and we suspect the milk might have been off. While I ate different items and didn’t feel as bad, I still experienced some discomfort.Additionally, the atmosphere in the evening was less than ideal. While having a cocktail at the bar, an employee was openly discussing multiple incidents of guests vomiting in the elevator, the garage, and even outside the hotel. Later, we even heard someone being sick while the elevator was being cleaned. While we appreciate friendly staff, we felt that such discussions should be handled more discreetly for the sake of professionalism and guest comfort.Overall, we expected a more refined and hygienic experience and were left quite disappointed.
