Summer View

The location was perfect, 15 minutes from the airport, on the hill with a beautiful sea view. We loved the pool, the property was almost full, and we never experienced more than 4 people in the pool at the same time. The owners couldn't be better - thank you, Katerina! <3 :)

Location is not far from airport, but is far from main attractions

Restroom was very old, not maintained, and cleaning wasnt done properly, room had kettle but no cups to drink water from, plates or anything, when shower gel finished after 3 days, we had to ask for it and they gave one, so things are not getting refreshed or updated in the room

Wonderful location on a hill overlooking the sea, the Turkish coast and Symi island. On a bus line to/from Rhodes Town and airport. Great swimming pool. Family operation that treats you like family.

We lacked mosquito nets

We wanted somewhere close to the airport to stay for a few hours during a lay over between flights. This fitted the bill perfectly. The lady at reception was lovely!

The crystal clear directions given by the lady boss ensures that I have absolutely no problem getting to Summer View. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the resort feel and beauty of the place. Getting elsewhere on Rhodes (say, Rhodes Old Town) for budget travellers like me is only a convenient half hour or so public bus ride. The room I had was comfortable with the front door facing the pool and the rear balcony right next to an olive plantation.

The wifi is good, but only when I open my door and step out. It is weak once the metal door is closed.

Katerina the manager was amazing. Super helpful, very welcoming and a great person. Food in the restaurant was yum and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Bathrooms looked quite old with shower curtains.

Breakfast was decent enough, plenty of choice. We always arrived towards the end as it finished at 9.45 but still managed to get something. Lunchtime and Evening meals offered were good value. The Feta salad was a personal favourite. Plenty of choice at the bar for drinks. Sunlougers were always available and the pool was clean. The hotel has excellent staff always willing to go the extra mile. We had a triple room which had plenty of space for the 3 of us.

The shower was the only thing that let the place down for us. Good pressure and hot water but tiny, there was no getting away with the shower curtain clinging to you but it has been the same at a few places we stayed on the island.

the view from the balcony, and that it was close to centre by car, was also nice to have access to the pool.

break fast was way to simple and no cleanliness inside the rooms, internet was super slow and most of the times I couldn't even get any signal, there was no hairdryer, and the shower head was not working properly.

A lovely place, clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, easy access to the rest of the island. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was the same every morning, however it was decent and fresh every time. Room was cozy, hotel area was also nice and clean. Hotel has large parking lot and is on top of a hill, so it is quiet around. We thought that location of the hotel is great, because the beach is nearby and it is easy to drive anywhere from there.

During the barbecue night we ordered some chicken, which was adequate however everything else besides the chicken in the plate seemed to be old and reheated. On the same night we ordered a chicken tortilla which was fresh, but then again the chips on the side were oily and reheated and kind of smelled. Rooms did not have any glasses, so took them from the kitchen.

This was my most relaxing and chilling vacacion ever - I haven't planned one though! It was the whole atmospehere and especially the pace that made me really lie on the deck chair at the pool and do nothing.The breakfast buffet was large and generous. We needed our breakfast 30 minutes earlier once because of a trip - "don't worry, no problem"The family-like and friendly vibe of the place was wat made our holiday a great time.Great admiration to the Greek bus drivers too - driving down the super narrow lanes on the island with such a skill, confidence and speed - wow! And all buses were on time.

What I didn't like? I can only name my bias before we travelled to Rhodes - based on what others said about their experience. Nothing of it actually was true! You must go there and find out for yourselves!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and can not do enough to help you. Breakfast was absolutely great, all the jams were homemade and so many different choices of foods. The family room was huge in size. The whole hotel is beautiful and has such a warm, calm and welcoming atmosphere, we loved it. The pool and facilities were perfect for our family. We ate in the restaurant and the food was far better than anyother meal we had in Rhodes and very reasonably priced too. The communication from Katrina before we arrived was absolutely brilliant too, she answered all our questions and gave us very clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. My children were made to feel so welcome too and my daughter especially loved Ruby the dog. It was also great that they had pool toys for the children to play with too. We will definitely come back and stay there again. It really was a little slice of heaven and the sunset from there is stunning.

Hotel a little secluded, For people who would have walking issues the hill was quite steep to the hotel, a car is advisable to see more of Rhodes.

Nikos and Katerina do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as you can. Amazing people!The hotel is really well structured and beautiful and I'll recommend everyone who wants to have a vacation in a rather quiet area of Theologos to visit!
