The staff were very nice and accommodating, the food at the "Captain's place" was good, and the pool was clean and clear

The room was in a very bad shape, you can tell that it is an old place with bad maintenance. Ants in the room, the shower is tiny, the TV was old and very small compared to the room. Honestly, they should be a 3 star place at best, it's closer to a motel than to the resort they claim to be

There was a problem with the air conditioner in the room three times I said in the lobby, the air conditioner was not repaired.

Very good Hotel with amazing food, Hotel is located just 20 minutes from the Airport.Stuff was very friendly and helpful.The only negativne thing is that the room was a bit dusty and not cleaned properly.

Staff was very helpful.

Check in was day before, still had to wait in lobby for several hoirs.

Due to my job I am traveling a lot and visited multiple hotels and this was one of my worst experiences ever.The hotel room was beyond disgusting:1. Nothing was clean - neither the bathroom nor the toilet. Please see pictures attached 2. in the room there was several times cockroaches and other insects because of the dirt.3. There was mold on the lamp shade as well as on the couch and the bed. My partner is allergic to mold and had terrible cough attacks. see pictures attached4. We were told that we cannot use the bathtub in the room as it was repaired with silicone.All in all this was a terrible experience.This is not a 5 star accommodation.

Same food every day, morning afternoon and night. WiFi in my room wasn't working, staff members walking into our room when we went out for dinner. Bins are not emptied in the room. Reception didn't care about my issues when raised

Beautiful view of the water and palms. Possibility to buy some souvenirs in the hotel. Manager reacts to complaints but it's more of an exception the actual change in the approach. Close to kiting spot. Good selection of drinks and skilled bartender but only in the bar where you need to pay for drinks.

Apart from main restaurant 2 additional ones but not possible to book a table. A week in advance perhaps possible or after complaining to the manager. Snacks only available at the opening time of snack bar the later you come the least possible you will have any. Alkohol and drinks horrible.only the ones you pay for taste normally hence purchasing all inclusive not a good idea. Rooms, especially bathroom would need repair so when you take shower the water does not get out. Good idea would be to clean the windows. The room so you can actually enjoy the beautiful view.

Absolutely no way a 5 star!! Had mould all over our room asked to be moved told no! Shower was an old bath tap shower Aircon didn’t work at all even tho it was fixed twice

Staff very friendly. Resort very tranquil and spacious. All Inclusive food was very acceptable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Only downside was it was overcast for almost half our time there, and there's a pretty strong breeze blowing most of the time, but that's beyond the control of the hotel, obviously! ?

1 night at this hotel with the all-inclusive option. The food was good. And I loved the pool and beach was 2 min away. Will stay again

I booked the hotel on booking.com but received a notification that my booking was cancelled. I was told by the reception lady that she would book me in via the hotel, and the price was 179, but on booking.com, it was 125 (same room). I found that a little dishonest and have raised a complaint with booking.com

The views from this hotel is amazing, you got the green grass and palm trees contrast the sea.It has an amazing sunset views and places to sit and even eat or drink watching the sunset.The bar staff Kosta and the restaurant staff Michael were super great!

Reception manager is the rudest woman I have ever come across. Guests were calling her Ursula she was that bad.

Location is remote, to wait taxi for Kameiros takes 1 hour instead of 10 minutes expected. The hotel hardly meets 3- stars, closer to 2. Reception people unfriendly and unprofessional, especially Migen who hand off impolitely the phone. The facilities are on QR code, while wi fi works only at the reception. They pretend to say it is temporary problem, but it is constant. Food is junky, unhealthy. Beach is unserved. They don’t remove algae. Safe locker doesn’t work. Towels are grey. Water goes out from toilet, out of shower all around.
