The staff was just fabulous. We arrived a little early from the airport and they told us that we can leave our luggage with them and go to the beach (they even offered us towels!) until check in is ready. Once at the beach I received a message that we could check in already, over one hour before official check in time. Communication at this point was great! The room was very spacious and clean! Beds were super comfortable too. Plus the location so close to the beach, meny restaurants and shops was a huge plus. Every one was always super friendly and the room got cleaned every day to our surprise, as the rooms are apartments and this is not a hotel. Plus they changed the towels every two days! All in all this stay was such an amazing value for the money! We will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Absolutely nothing!

The staff were absolutely lovely. They will help with whatever you need. The room has been cleaned daily and couldn’t have been cleaner when we came. The place is full of positive vibes.

The room lacked hangers for clothes or towels. Salt in the kitchen would be great and some shower curtain would make a big difference.

Above all I appreciated the cleanliness and the general value for money, the rooms are always cleaned very well, Maria and Zafeira are great at hospitality and communication. The hotel is quite honestly perfectly located if you're looking for a generally quiet area, close to a nice beach and several car/scooter/quad bike rental if you wanna explore. there's several supermarkets nearby and a great selection of restaurants, I would recommend Jenny's restaurant close by. The room of course had an AC as advertised and the beds were comfortable.

It's not something they can do anything about but at night some people drive by really fast and loud (quad bikes) I'm a heavy sleeper do it didn't bother me but I understand some other reviews that complained about this

Very clean, great location, sea views, good aircon, nice bathroom, balcony The apartment was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided every couple of days.The apartment is simple, but has everything you need. Good water pressure in the shower, quiet efficient aircon unit.

This is 4th visit to this appartment family are so good. Got room I wanted. Very clean.

The rooms are spacious, with lovely modern bathrooms. Beds are comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. The balconies are nicely furnished with sea and mountain views.Rooms are cleaned daily by the lovely family who are kind and welcoming.

Amazing owners running great and super clean studios! Our room was cleaned on daily basis. The room was spacious and we had all we needed. As a bonus, there is a small balcony for breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen has also everything needed for some food preparations. The area is quiet and close to amazing beach. We couldn't get any better accommodation!

Close to the beach, shops and transport. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked fine.

The room was supposed to have a sea view, instead it was level with a busy road: traffic whizzing by was all one could see behind the roses and cactus (see pic of my ‘sea view’). The kitchenette was too basic: one couldn’t cook a meal there, just warm up some milk perhaps. I picked a studio rather than a hotel because I wanted to spend some time in it rather than just sleep in it.

The room was really clean and it is cleaned everyday.The location was close to the beach.

My studio apartment was big, it was spotless, the bed was comfy and i had the perfect view for watching the sunrise in the morning. I couldn't fault this place at all. The staff were amazing and friendly and the small dog bruno at reception was a pleasure to see each day.

Cozy, well-kept and freshly renovated apartment. Very clean. Excellent location: 3 minutes from the sea, close to the bus stop, restaurants and minimarkets.The staff is super courteous and helpful.

Great value for money. Located 3 min from Kefalos beach and 20 from Agios Stefanos beach . Lots of restaurants around, couple of supermarkets and travel agencies. Very clean apartment with kitchen, good wifi and aircon. Staff very friendly.

Far better than we ever expected! Room was nice size with Smart TV , The bathroom had been updated and was really nicely done with a really good shower . Staff were all really lovely , helpful and friendly, They even left a bottle of wine and a birthday card in our room on my wife’s birthday . Would definitely return

Property very clean, a few steps far from the beach and very well maintained with all the necessary facilities including Aircon, tv, bathroom very clean and new, tiny kitchen. The Staff is super friendly, I would love to come back! Around the property you can find plenty of beachfront restaurants with great food. And the most important thing: the beach in front of the apartment is amazing, one of the best beach we found in Kos.

There was no fan in the bathroom, after a shower it was getting very hot and steamyIn the kitchen there was no salt or sugar, not a single drop of oil

Being 1 minute from the best spot on the beach was fab! The restaurant on the beach was superb. You can walk left to the ruins or right to the mini marina. You can easily walk up to the village. Local supermarkets sell excellent pastries and are very reasonably priced.

The road is very busy and high speed with some shocking driving. However, if you shut your balcony door and the shutters, no noise! Just walk single file by the road preferably not at night!

Beautiful comfy studios with the nicest staff! The studios are big with a tv and airconditioning. The beds were comfy and everything you need is nearby( restaurants, supermarkets, atm machine, car rental,…) and the studio is close to the beach. If you want peace and comfort this is the place to be. The staff is super friendly and they make sure you have everything you need. If I return back to Kefalos, I will definitely book here again.
