- The fact that it was adults only
- Everything was just perfect! Lovely room with a wonderful privat pool, great, varied breakfast, fantastic view and the best stuff you could ever wish for!
- Nice view, golfcart service, friendly staff
Cons -
- The breakfast was very poor. Needs improvement. Hotel is quite far away from things
- Breakfast and food could be better
- The property is quite new and is well thought out but the interiors need a designer to work their magic , the lampshades in the bar were awful and looked like they came from ikea. It’s not a 5 star by uk standards but a good 4 star .

Amazing view Staff were lovely especially the lovely ladies in the restaurant , great location but a steep walk down to the beach , recommend a car as the beaches 10 minutes up the coast were the best in Kos

Staff/food/view
The view of the hotel from the villas/rooms/main pool/main restaurant/breakfast is Breath-Taking! that is the only thing in the hotel that really can be classified as 5+ stars! you can never get bored of it.5+stars: The View5 stars: The cocktails at the evening bar.4+ stars: Rooms - A little dated but overall very nice, our room was probably the worst (SPA 1) with a bad balcony but lovely view of the bay from the inside, did not bother us as it was massive. we did have an issue with the indoor SPA (see below). No smart tv on room.4 stars: Staff - they were really nice, most of them deserve 5 stars but a few of them did not. We had an issue with the indoor spa in our room. we turned it on and we started coughing because of the fumes. we highlighted the issue the morning after and instead of being told the usual "sorry we will check and rectify" we were told that this had never happened before in 4 years. If a guest highlights the fact that we were both coughing in the room, you just can not answer that this has never happened in 4 yrs and it is not possible that some toxic fumes were there, especially if you are a member of staff of a 5 star hotel! in fact they checked the room, found an "issue" and sorted the issue. They never told us what the issue was (we think they never lifted the hot tub cover and aired the hot tub enough when they put the oxygen tablets in to clean it, so a gas plume formed. enough to make the room stink and make you cough/ruin your night).4 stars: Evening Restaurant was good, we enjoyed it. you may get bored after 4-5 days though.3 stars: breakfast buffet - not a bad one, but definitely not 5 star. good for 4-5 days but it will get boring. just don't understand the difference in quality between the evening food and the breakfast... strange.3 stars: Vibe - the hotel is very quiet. so quiet that guests almost feel like they need to keep quiet.
See above. overall is a really nice place. Just not a 5 star, more a 4 to 4+.Also I never had a member of staff checking the mini bar in front of you while you are leaving the room on the morning you are leaving. not quite 5-star manners.
Good
Room was poor extremely disappointed with it , noise level past midnight from the bar could be heard clearly, made it known to reception but no help to in regards to a different room
Amazing views on the bay and very comfortable rooms. Small boutique hotel with a great value for money.
The only minus was the variety of the breakfast, which seemed to be limited (no omelette, porridge, mini croissants not very tasty etc.)
Amazing hotel set on a hill side so view is second to none. We were lucky enough to have a suite with a private pool which was incredible. Staff go above and beyond and are so friendly and helpful, reception, restaurant staff, the guys driving the golf carts, nothing was too much trouble. The bar and restaurant have a great view and the main pool also has a bar / lunch service which was really good. The local area has lots of good restaurants and beaches We did not want to leave and would highly recommend.
The hotel is high on a hillside so to get down to the town you either need a transfer from the hotel or you can walk down ( it is steep but manageable around 5-7 minutes walk) however you cannot walk back this way after dark as it is unlit, the hotel were always quick to send a pick up but it does add to the cost.
The hotel was wonderful, the facilities were lovely and most of the people were very friendly.
We found the waitress staff rude and always seemed very miserable, to be honest this let down the whole stay. Didn’t feel welcomed by them at all.The cleaners and reception staff were lovely and the people driving us were great most of the time too.
Location is amazing - great view of the bay. Private pool was also great as was the overall size of the suites - very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable as the options changed every day vs the same thing over and over again. Nice Greek sweets were included in the breakfast as well.
As a 5 star I would expect much nicer towels (bath and pool), bed sheets and overall furnishings in the suites. These were cheaper than normal for a 5 star hotel. Service was friendly but again lacked the feeling of a 5 start hotel
Loved the rooms, the view and the staff were lovely.
Breakfast appeared somewhat limited. The room one wall had started to crack so could probably do with a lick of paint but nothing crazy.Pool floor I think was dated as felt broken bits.
Ok. Not again
No bathroom amenities No room service but for €5 charge to bring you some ice. All was up 25 degree climb in 35c heat. Only one bottle of water offered at the beginning of your stay and you can’t drink the tap water.
Fabulous staff , stunning views , great food
amazing locationgorgeous viewslovely breakfastsstunning communal poolclean generous air conditioned rooms fantastic to have a pool with your room staff especially waiting staff in restaurant charming and helpful
gorgeous white theme but very stark minimalist “Americanised” decor could have been softened with some interior design and still been “white” I asked three times for the exercise bike I preferred in the small gym to have its batteries replaced but this was never done so i gave up. I couldn’t use it the whole time I was there - disappointing as I purposely chose a hotel with a gym and I like a bike. they moved the small non electric one to the window for me but the nice one just sat there not working for a whole week seems like it wouldn’t have taken much effort to sort it. the path to and from the beach was for the more intrepid - really handy for us but rocky snd unlit in the evenings (had to use your phone torch to navigate) through a steeply sloping field so if you were older (or wearing heels) you would have to take a car for the short 5 minute drive to the seafront which would be a shame - some solar lights and a paved path would make this a delightful daily walk We had a lovely stay but those small details - more sophisticated interior design, better client service and improved access to the beach would elevate this to a really five star experience to match the facilities and location which are amazing. the simple beach restaurants are nice but all quite similar - we asked for recommendations for fine dining but were sent to more of the same. Found out too late there is a seven restaurant all inclusive hotel where you can book dinner online a short walk away - maybe they are competition? if I go again I would do that for some variety.
Everything -close to town, airport, clean, well maintained and equipped and the staff could not be more hospitable.
Can’t fault it!
Oh we loved it all!, beautiful hotel, we had a lovely room with a hot tub, perfect for early and later season visits! All rooms have lovely views, pristine clean, with a lovely buffet breakfast, room service was anmazing and as for the staff can’t do enough for you!
The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, the pool on our balcony was lovely to wake up to and the staff were so friendly. The whole experience was great, we had a very lovely relaxing week.
Our room had the most beautiful pool with stunning views. So peaceful. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets each evening. All rooms are really private and not overlooked. Lots of cute cats near the property so if you like cute kittens you’ll love it!
Breakfast room was very bright from the glare of the sea and white paint so sometimes has to wear sunglasses for breakfast but that wasn’t really a problem. Hard to say what we didn’t like as hotel was so nice.
Friendly and good staff, with the exception of the hotel employee who replied to messages on Booking.com;The view is amazing; The room is a good size;Good welcome drink and appetizers;Good breakfast;Great lunch;Dinner was enjoyable, I felt that there was room for improvement;Amazing massage, really good spa experience;Price: I found the price to be quite reasonable. It was a true bargain, especially when compared to the prices of other 5-star hotels in the Kos area (5 nights/6 days - € 1,064.00).
I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to express my thoughts and experiences during my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, White Rock of Kos, which regrettably left me less than satisfied.I believe constructive feedback can lead to improvements, and I trust that my comments will be taken in that spirit.Upon my arrival, I was initially excited about my stay at your hotel. However, several issues arose that hindered my overall experience.Again, I believe it is essential to bring these concerns to your attention in the spirit of constructive feedback, which I hope will help improve the quality of service for future guests.Firstly, I encountered a significant issue with the bathroom facilities in my room. The shower caused the bathroom to flood, which was not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous. Furthermore, the bathroom drain emitted a foul odor that persisted throughout my stay (the fact that a substantial amount of debris was extracted during this process left me concerned about the cleanliness standards), despite my attempts to address the matter with your staff. It was evident that the cleaning standards in the bathroom drain were not up to par, and this was disappointing for a guest at a hotel of your caliber.I made several complaints at the reception desk regarding these issues, and while I appreciate the prompt response in sending a professional to address the drain problem, the resolution was far from satisfactory. Despite their efforts, the unpleasant smell persisted, which compelled me to keep the bathroom door closed and the balcony door open to mitigate the discomfort. On occasion, I even resorted to using the pool area bathroom to escape the persistent odor in my room.I also contacted your hotel through Booking.com to express my concerns.Regrettably, the responses I received from your staff were less than ideal. The comments made by your employee left much to be desired in terms of customer service.
