Asteras Paradise Hotel

Nice hotel,with beautiful ambient,it is very clean.Beds are comfortable.Breakfast is excellent, staff is also great.Location is good if you plan to take a car.We spend wonderful time in this hotel and it is for every recomandation.

Room can be little renovated with new furniture.

Absolutely nothing. The room was dirty, the location didn’t feel safe and the staff were super rude.

Atb the check in to the room there was no soap in the box and showergel box was broken , i put them over the bath table and wait for the change next day , housekeeping came and change the towels but not full the soap box and change the broken box so i left them in a differnt way on the table for tge next day, housekeeping realized that them has to fix and changed at the checkout day. There waa a bug on the bath floor too which came from the ground i guess.

The location was excellent, The breakfast was sufficient and good. the stuff was very nice and helpful, but The spacial one is Loukas, the Bartender. Warm guy that welcome you from the first moment. amazing guy.

The shower room with the toilet is very crowded.

The staff were amazing and so helpful with transfers, places to go, restaurants and beaches.

From arrival to spending time around the report the staff are so attentive and friendly they all seem like one big family, The rooms are homely and have beautiful little touches to make them that little bit more special.Beds and pillows are super comfortable. When we first went to the pool we were greeted by, I’m sure the manager or owner who gave us a welcome drinks, home made lemonade he made a real effort to remember our names and to make a connection with us. He was so friendly and attentive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️On arrival the young lady who checked us in was lovely she outlined beaches and restaurants to try around the island she listed them on a map in highlighter and pen so we could refer back to it when we were ready We found the most amazing taverna from her recommendation.. affordable and delicious Breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety our son has an allergy and everyone was aware it was no trouble at all breakfast was a hit. Where usually this is very stressful each morning. All in all it was a great stay the staff were truly amazing and made all the difference to our stay ?Thank you again ?

We were in the family room 603 out the back and to get to this room the drive way is a little rough with a little bridge to go over, each time we drove over this bridge the car would scrap underneath, the road needs a little bit of work ..

The staff were nice. They supported me with having the interview and set the lights to help me have a video interview I had. However, the location is very far from everything and I wish the rooms had newer furniture. It was ok but expensive for the value

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Quick turnaround time with laundry services and no ask was ever to big or small. Quite a nice hotel for a small family with a 3 month old. Recommending staying here.Breakfast was nice also and the night staff also very accommodating.

It was very nice, the rooms are great. Really quiet area, good for relaxation.

Lighting in the room was not good.

It is very serene and the staff is very warm. Really enjoyed the pool and the accessibility to major town centers for our activities.

The menu options can have more variety otherwise the food was great.

Rooms and bathrooms need update.No tea/coffee options in the room.Only on electric wall plug in the room.

Terrible hotel

The room was dirty.In the aftermoon after we arrived there was no hot water.In the night after we return in the room ther was no water at all . The next morning we left the hotel We asked them to returned our money but they refusedWe will asked the booking.com to inform the visitors of the above and demand to return our money back

Pool area and Pool Bar are the only great things going for this place.

Rooms look nothing like the photos, outdated decor and bathroom. Rooms are small.

wonderfull pool for the kids to play in, not too crowded when we were there in july, lots of facilities for the kids to play (ping pong, min golf,....), close by, nice coworkers, nice bar

The staff was wonderful, breakfast and lunch great, lucas great barman, beautiful pool, clean.

WiFi did not work in the rooms during our stay. Bed was not so comfortable but the staff found for us a great solution

The family room was spatious. Having two communicating rooms and two bathrooms was an added bonus.

The location is not convenient. Too far from anything really. You need a car to go in town and to the beach. Also no sea view.

Very Friendly staff,good size room and balcony,great warm breakfast. We rented a car and things were easy to get to. Love the beaches and the near by villages like Naoussa. We even attended a village festival.
