    Pros +

    • We were leaving before breakfast so the staff kindly brought us 2 meals to put in the fridge the night before
    • Bathrooms horrible and dirty. Water everywhere. We slipped several times. We told night manager, but the hotel manager was never available and did nothing to assist us. Very upsetting.
    • The breakfast was beyond expectations and not your average complimentary breakfast. Great people running this super clean and comfortable hotel. Short walk to a magical old city!!

    Cons -

    • Not a good value compared to other hotels..and transfers to and from airport and ferry additional...We waited 40 mins for our transfer to hotel
    • Any meal options (other than breakfast) were definitely sub par. I booked two rooms (there were three of us) and didn't realise that one of them included half board. We were there for six nights, and the staff were kind enough to let us convert this into 2 dinners for three of us (thank goodness it was the room with one occupant that had the half board). DO NOT BOOK IN FOR ANY MEAL OTHER THAN BREAKFAST. The restaurant has a full menu but for half board you choose from a limited menu each day (in advance). I think these menus must be catered for when the hotel is packed and they need to accommodate lots of diners (though we were one of two tables having dinner both nights we went) so the food is a lot of frozen stuff that can be mass produced - spring rolls, mozzarella sticks, french fries, pasta, etc. We almost didn't go to the second meal because of how bad the first one was, but figured it was a lot of money to be throwing away. The second meal was just as bad.

The hotel is beautiful! We had a very large room with a hot tub outside our terrace. Very large, comfortable bed and pillows. Private bathroom setting. Location was superb, just a few steps to all the shops and restaurants. We would definitely go back. Very nice staff and service.

The property is nicely designed and laid out, and it's within a 10min walk of the central part of Naoussa. The staff were exceptional, they took our bags to our room when we arrived, offered us a welcome drink, helped with any questions/requests we had, etc. This is probably the main selling point as it's a bit on the pricier side and otherwise a nice but only slightly above-average experience. Our room was fairly standard with a balcony overlooking the pool, but there are other rooms with multiple bedrooms, private pools, etc. The central area with pool and bar were great for lounging and having a drink in the evening. The breakfast was pretty exceptional, and I believe is included for everyone (definitely worth it).

Any meal options (other than breakfast) were definitely sub par. I booked two rooms (there were three of us) and didn't realise that one of them included half board. Just location

Rooms are small. Where we stayed is like a basement. Very noisy. Furnitures are very poor. We paid around 500Euro per night but it should be at most 250. Price mislead us. We had a great experience in Mykonos with a similar price range.

The property was close to town. Had a great breakfast and great salads

    The pool closed so early.

    Great hotel. Great location.

The receptionists were not friendly; however, they were responsive. I felt like I was a bother to ask questions.

i liked the location of the hotel and the pool view but that is all.

i do not think this hotel is worth what i paid which was about $900 for two nights. the room was not clean and the second bed (the twin) was just a bare dirty mattress. i had to tell them to come and put sheets on it. the room has mosquitoes in it and i had to call the office when they informed me to plug in a bug thing. the bathroom wasn't clean as well. and the closet was full of dust. the service at the front desk was just OK. the lobby area is very basic and the hotel gives a hostel vibe. its a very simple hotel. bare minimum. breakfast was just ok nothing special. i wouldn't stay again.

Friendly staff, beautiful pool, charming rooms, welcome drinks, and complimentary breakfast

Rooms were somewhat on the smaller side

This property was fantastic! it was beautiful and clean! The pool area was magnificent. Serene. I don’t know why many of these reviews were low. We were in a “basement” room with no view of the pool but it was amazing! Beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. And location was great! 3-5 minute walk into the main action of the town.

    10 minute walk to beach

Very dreary room the rating stated 4 stars was more like 2 stars. Awful sewage smells halfway through stay, right outside our door a sewer outlet overfilled spilling into our walkway. The front desk did not offer an apology just said they are working on it.

    9CallanPosted on: 6-21-2025

The staff were very accommodating, friendly and quick to resolve any issues we had. The bar was great value for money and the breakfast was fantastic!

The property itself was beautiful. The pool was relaxing. I loved the room I stayed in; it was bright, spotless, and had a lovely view overlooking the pool, which made the stay feel extra special. The location is good—close enough to walk to everything you need, including a fantastic bakery and a nearby gym, which I really appreciated. The kitchen staff were kind and accommodating, even arranging breakfast early for us on the day we checked out, which was a thoughtful touch.Overall, I liked the property and the amenities, but in hindsight, I would have preferred to stay somewhere else. The atmosphere and setting were great, but for the price, I expected a more complete experience.

Unfortunately, the front desk woman completely ruined what could have been a nice stay. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel like you're an inconvenience rather than a welcomed guest. Her tone is condescending, as if you're an idiot for asking basic questions about the hotel or area.I’ve stayed in countless hotels around the world, and I know that check-in and check-out experiences can make or break a trip. In this case, it definitely broke it. Hospitality is supposed to feel warm and helpful—this was the opposite. There are no lifts anywhere on the property, and don't even think about asking for help with your bags—especially not from her. The attitude is unwelcoming and dismissive. If customer service matters to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s not worth what you pay for, there’s a ton of other places I would have rather stayed at.
