Amazing location! So comfortable! We got a free upgrade to a suite that came with a heated hot tub and it was so luxurious. The staff were all friendly especially Andy. Everyone was so nice to talk to and offer assistance.

The staff was wonderful and the room was very comfortable. The property is close to the shops and restaurants in Nousas. Very vice breakfast was included with the room

There was no door on the shower and no matter what we did, the entire bathroom ended up very wet

The location is great - it is right on the entrance to the town and you can walk to all the shops and restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes. We arrived a bit early and they were able to accommodate us checking in to get settled right away. We had a rental car and street parking outside the hotel was never an issue. The staff go above and beyond to great you every time you walk by and check in to make sure that everything is okay. You can tell they prioritize service, for example they were standing ready to help with our bags as soon as we walked out of our room for check out. Beach towels were readily available and it is just down the hill.The breakfast was good - a classic breakfast buffet but nothing over the top.

You can hear quite a bit from the main courtyard, we had to wear earplugs that they provided. There is also a very bright exit sign in the rooms that is on all night. They provide eye masks but it was a bit annoying. We had the room with the hot tub which was great - our first night when we went in it was a bit dirty with sand from previous use. It was cleaned the next day and was great for the rest of our stay.

Great location! And the suites are very spacious.

For what we paid for the property, there were issues with the showers. The front desk personnel were very responsive and quick to resolve all issues.

Everything! Location great, suite was wonderful, plenty of room for our family of 4. The second bathroom was a great surprise and worked so well! But this property is excellent because of the staff. Never had more pleasant, helpful people anywhere in the world. They are what makes Opal so special!

Nothing, everything great

I can’t say enough about this property. From the location, the accommodation, access to free parking, atmosphere and staff, this was by far a great choice! This hotel is located within walking distance of the beautiful little town of Naousa, the view from our room was spectacular, especially at sunset, and the staff is absolutely incredible. A big shout out to Eva, Baba and Andi for your warmth, friendliness and helpfulness. You guys were awesome! Thank you for your hospitality!

Only thing we noticed (briefly) was that we could hear our neighbor-walls seemed a little thin, but it could have been due to the adjoining room door

Super cute place, well designed, and with a great little bar/restaurant area. It’s a super easy and short walk over to the beach to enjoy the water. Easy walk to town, but far enough away to feel peaceful. The staff was top notch, they helped us with everything from car rentals to restaurant reservations.

Everything was perfect! Better service than some5 star hotels, perfect location 5 min walk to town, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, breakfast delicious!

It was a lovely structure and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was terrific.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Paros. From the moment we arrived, the staff created a warm and genuine atmosphere that went far beyond simple courtesy — they made us feel truly welcome, as if we were part of a family.The hotel’s location is perfect, the interiors are beautifully designed, and everything is kept impeccably clean.As a true testament to their exceptional service, we accidentally left our room key in the safe when we checked out — and the hotel manager personally rushed to bring it to us all the way to the airport!This level of care goes far beyond any ratings or stars. This team has something truly special, and a big bravo to whoever brought them together.It was a truly special experience, and we are already looking forward to coming back

Location - was walking distance to attractions in Naoussa. All the staff were exceptional and helpful. They arranged restaurants reservations, as well as give us recommendations of where to go and what to do. Breakfast was excellent.

The shower leaked excessively into the bathroom leaving the floor completely wet. And the bed (mattress) was abit too soft for us. These issues might just be specific for our room.

We loved the new and sleek and fresh feel of the place. a great spot just outside of the main town in Naousa, the balcony sea views were lovely along with the fittings and details of the accomodation. A great stay, comfort and quality. Breakky was good too! What stood out by far was the service. The opal team is super friendly and engaging and helpful in every way. they helped us with some issues and made up for any issues or inconveniencea caused which was really lovely.

The only issues we had were well covered by the team at Opal!Small quality of life issues were outweighed by the service and attentiveness of the team and beautiful surrounds.
