Pros +
- Loved the location, beach access, on site restaurant, helpful staff, and clean rooms. Just what we needed!
- Amazing location to town right on the beach beautiful place lovely staff
- Beautiful location and breckfast! Very quaint and full of character!
Cons -
- The mattress could use an update soon.
- Thought the towel in room procedures only clean towels every 3days was excessive. Did not get clean towels when asked for them. No where to hang towels. Bathroom door squeaks and next to head of bed. Besides these things, loved it
- Room facilities were good but not great compared to other hotels, had to keep asking reception (which they were fabulous at catering to and it may be because of the room type we booked) but room was okay. The outside bit with the sun chairs was a plus.

The breakfast was lovely and the seafront view and facilities was the perfect distance away from the bustling naoussa centre but also easy to walk to, the location was the best bit. Overall great stay.

That it was directly to the beach and in close to naousaa centre
The quality of the bed are very bad and the cleanliness is not good, also the reception closes so if you needed anything u have to wait until the next day
The staff was friendly, except for the mgr or owner, whose name is George very bitter and angry, and rude man! Who yells at you as if he wants to fight in front of everyone..
Not a Hotel – Unsafe and Unprofessional ExperienceThis place is more like a basic bed and breakfast, definitely not a proper hotel, and the customer service was terrible. We had no electricity or air conditioning the entire first night. There was no staff available between 11 PM and 8 AM, so we had no way to get help. It was extremely hot, and we had to sleep with all the windows open, only to wake up covered in mosquito bites. When we spoke to the manager the next day, he refused to take any responsibility. He didn’t offer any compensation for the awful night and became angry and aggressive during the conversation. I felt unsafe and decided to pay at my own expense, just to get out of there safely. I had to check into the ER when I got back and found out I had been bitten by a venomous bee or spider and still trying to recover.. This place is nothing like what they advertise online. I strongly recommend staying away.
Location was perfect, beach was great except you have to pay 2 euro for a beach towel every day, breakfast was ok, could have been much better, I have been traveling to Greece for 25+ years and been to many places but this year the hotels breakfasts were disappointing compare to how it was before.
The first room I checked in was disappointing, I booked the best room they had, shower was bad, the water did not drain, my bathroom got infested with ants, they changed your towels every 3 days, towels are commodity lol, AC was not working properly, finally they changed my room, it was a bit better, and had to insist to have my one towel per person be changed everyday. The staff looked unhappy and annoyed of my expectations, breakfast was ok, not a big deal, same things every day, the location was good, 10-15 minutes walk to town. The restaurant food at sea side was ok, it can be better, but the staff at the beach were very nice. If they up their game, it has a potential to be a great hotel but it is an old property
Location, food and the staff
My only complain was the air condition in the room, it was noisy and not so effective
Absolutely everything. Location is literary on the beach. Walking distance to little town and bunch of restaurants. Clear water. Hospitality.
Location, beach, breakfast
rooms very small, didn't feel very safe, staff not very helpful
Great place to stay and 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants. We loved the daily breakfast and sitting right by the beach. Food for dinner was also delicious. Room was very clean. Staff was great and so helpful. Loved our stay!
Nothing, we loved everything.
Let me start by saying that on our arrival, we were told guests had extended, and that we would be put into a suite for no additional cost for the first night, and for a reasonable add-on for the second night. We did have to move into a standard room our last night. The suite was of course very spacious, with an amazing shower system and good-sized balcony. The standard room was comfortable but very cramped. The staff were very apologetic for the situation and bent over backward to accommodate us. The location was excellent and the breakfast buffet adequate. The beachfront area was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again, but just in the larger room.
Not having to move into a different room, But as noted above, the manager and staff did everything they could to accommodate us.
The location, exceptional service and Mr George
The views from the place were amazing. The breakfast and coffee were great. The swimming and access stairs were unbelievable. There were plenty of chairs to enjoy the outdoor area. The walk into town was short and easy. The front end staff were very friendly and accommodating for both early check out and bag hold for late check out. They bumped us up to a better view room for the first day, since it was open, which was not a requirement, but very gracious. We had to move for the remainder of the stay, but it was very worth it, and very much appreciated.
Perhaps moving the coffee station? It got very crowded, as it was near the door to the outside, but that is about all I can come up with, because the place was just really great.
the staff was super friendly and accommodating, we had to catch an early bus and Iral ( not sure if spelled right) drove us to the bus station. close distance but she was super nice and helpful
everything
Staff is super friendly and very very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. Lots of options and fresh eggs (for me a must). The neighborhood cats who frequent the beach, and the staff charmingly refer to as “guests”, really add to the experience.
The location is amazing- right on the beach. You can choose to have your breakfast sitting under the trees watching the water. A quick 10 minute walk right to the heart of town.
The hotel is terrific but the beds were horrible. So uncomfortable it almost ruined our time there.
Great location right by the sea. Comfortable room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Transfer from ferry terminal (€30)
Need to upgrade the coffee machine
Such a lovely boutique hotel, beachfront location.Short stroll into town square & excellent recommendations from staff for local food.Highly recommend for a leisure stay.
