Location was good, close to town center. Really nice to get directly to Thermal Bad, with a bathrobe supplied. A real bonus. Parking convenient and fairly priced.

7 Euros for a bottle of water!!! Outrageous. Therefor we didn't even try the dining room. Bath towels thin and inadequate for a Resort Hotel. Guest comfort could be improved by brand name shower supplies. Bed covers very thin and no extra blankets in room.

Location was great! Thermal spa was an awesome feature. We used it daily! Good breakfast and dinner buffets! Very cool historical hotel in a beautiful park. Easy walk to the shop and tourist areas.

Bed was uncomfortable. Uneven. Exterior windows were very dirty. The front desk staff struggled with providing information about the stay inclusions.

Wonderful old Hotel with a very friendly staff. While some say the Hotel is dated I believe that is a big part of its charm. The Hotel is very well kept and is in a beautiful location with easy access to the Crucenia Bad. The breakfast is amazing and there are many different items to choose from. The provided scrambled eggs, fried eggs, Wurst, American style breakfast sausages, Bacon, several bread and fruit varieties and Joghurt. We also opted for the half pension which provided a buffet dinner. While the buffet may appear to be a little expensive it was well worth it. We had Steak filets, Schnitzel, fried potatoes, apple strudel, Wurst and potato salad and many other choices. The dinner was amazing and is highly recommended, it was perfectly prepared by culinary professionals. Overall we were very satisfied and impressed by the friendly staff (who tolerated my German) and the very well kept condition of the Hotel. The Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the shopping area and maybe a 25 minute walk from the Bahnhof. There is a nice hiking area very close by and the Hotel is very close to the river.

The rooms are nice and tidy, the building itself is very impressive. The therme is also good. We did not have to pay for parking after telling the lady at the reception about the issues we had.

Unfortunately where our room was located in the hotel the wifi did not reach, after the first time asking, we got told there should be a device to make the wifi stronger. After the lady at the reception could not find such device we got moved to a different room. Maybe that device should be given to the guest right away when they know you are gonna stay in that part of the hotel. The second room had wifi but the rain showerhead was broken and the other one moved around. We just accepted our fate because it was already late at night.

I love a breakfast and the therme. I received a good and deep relax in the pool.

It took a quite long time waiting a iron from 8 to 14. Any other thing were excellent.

Lovely staff. A large room with very comfortable bed. The local environment is beautiful.

Excellent breakfast. Spacious room. Great location in the middle of a beautifulo park. The hotel is a very interesting historical site.

From our room we missed the beautiful view of the park and the river because we had a room with a view to the inner courtyard.Our room had no balcony.

I liked how they put down a special dog bed for our dog, it made us feel welcome.

The staff in this hotel is very disappointing.The staff in the restaurant was abysmal, during dinner service but especially during the breakfast service. I have never seen such a waiting staff who didn't want to be there as much as this.Breakfast was until 10:30am and we arrived at 10am, all the tables were already cleaned from all the cutlery despite there still being many people there.We sat down at an empty table with our food from the buffet and there wasn't anyone to be found for cutlery so I ate 2 cold eggs with a tea spoon and paid 16€ for that...Complained later at the reception at check out but they clearly weren't trained on how to handle complaints and didn't do anything about about or even an apology.It sounds petty but when I look at how much money I paid for this hotel it doesn't feel all that petty anymore.Also this hotel doesn't have air-conditioning which I knew beforehand but I do find it strange how such a 'fancy' hotel at the very least doesn't provide every room standard with a fan.

à la carte evening menu was really good. Live music was great in the evening.

No air conditioning in the room; very expensive parking; breakfast could have been better considering hotel rating.

The location

Rooms a little warm even with ac but doable. Son didn’t really eat anything at breakfast but had to pay full cost rather than what he ate.

The Staff at the hotel ( except for the girl who checked us in) were NOT friendly . Our evening wait staff was NOT friendly and a bit demeaning . NOT the way it should be .

Beautiful hotel at great location. The park around is gorgeous. I loved the access from the hotel to the thermals.

The terrace of the hotel was closed but the staff seemed unaware of it. The restaurant closed at 9:30, at 8:40 they were already removing the buffet.

Great breakfasts. Very nice facility. Parking a little dicey with the cards needing to be certified by the main desk. Location was excellent.

Parking was not easy for coming and going more than once in a day.

The building was lovely with an old timey charm&feeling of luxury. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and recently renovated. They also gave you free entry to the therme
