Comfortable beds, clean rooms, best breakfast ever! Great location

Nice spacious bedroom.Hotel overall very nicely decorated .Food was very good.Good selection for breakfast and evening meal.Staff excellent very helpful and everyone spoke very good English.Excellent situation for trains, buses, town centre ,shopping.

Would have liked a kettle in the room with a selection of teas.

Very nice design , a lot of space and modern . Baderhaus just across from it which is very handy and amazing walks, only a short walk along the river from the hotel to the country ( or looks like in the country )

I had to keep the window open as the hotel is too warm , even though it’s only February

The breakfast was the best we have ever had in Germany and that is saying A LOT. Lovely room in a lovely part of Bad Kreuznach. Right next to the thermal baths.

We had a good stay at this centrally located hotel, with everything we needed close by. The breakfast offered a great selection of everything, and the rooms were large and recently renovated. However, the bathroom, particularly the shower, could use some updating. It was disappointing not to have bathrobes or slippers, as expected from a 4-star hotel, but the complimentary water, tea, and coffee were a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms facing car park noisy at night. Had to shut the windows to be able to sleep.

It was acceptably clean, but for a 4 star hotel it would be a 6/10

AC apparently doesn’t work until it has been 24 degrees for a week. Since it was only 24+ for 2 days it didn’t our room was on the side of the sun so we were cooking in there. Staff couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything about it. When we said we wanted to checkout the same day because it was impossible to sleep in that sauna we were still charges the full amount. The place was also hard to reach, it was very unclear how to get there and where to park. We were having 2 and 3 stars hotels the entire trip and wanted to close the trip with a 4 star one, imagine our disappointment since it was the least one of the entire trip. Reviews on booking also talk about the beautiful river nearby, which is just a pool of mud. One of the least beautiful places we saw in germany.

It was very warm throughout the hotel and in the room. The thermostat did not work in the room.

A modern and very high quality hotel with superb interior, fashionable bar and a great buffet breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the whole hotel is extremely stylishly decorated and fitted out. Paid car parking on site and just a few minutes walf down the hill into Dinkelsbühl town. Staff are very attentive, friendly and efficient.

The minibar was not topped up daily in the family suite, no bathrobes provided and we needed more large towels. The hotel across the way paid cheaper parking and had bathrobes and direct access to the pool.

Will not go there again

I booked this hotel because it supposedly had a great restaurant, and after a full day driving on my motor cycle I was in for a treat. However, the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. So I selected this relatively expensive hotel for nothing. The best reception could offer to point us to a pizzeria down the road. She did not even offer to check whether they had space and make a reservation for us.
