Hiroshima Airport Hotel

I had an early morning flight and didn't want to mess around, so I booked a stay here at the airport hotel, less than a 7 minute walk from the airport entrance. The staff was excellent! Very attentive and the on site restaurant was excellent.

Excellent location for early morning flight out; can walk to/from airport or there's an airport shuttle if you don't want to schlep your bags. Room was nice, clean, comfy bed, very helpful hotel staff & nice walking paths near hotel. I'd stay again.

Staff was excellent and super friendly and helpful - seriously among the best I have experienced in a while! The hotel is very close to the airport so you can easily walk or avail of the free shuttle bus if the weather isn't good. The garden right next to the hotel is nice to check out if you have some free time. I happened to get a room that came with access to their lounge so I could enjoy some drinks.

Not a huge deal, but when I checked in around 15:00, there was already no seat for dinner left and was told I should have reserved in advance and could only order room service. I would have expected them to have some sort of availability for hotel guests reserved. Instead, I simply walked to the airport and had dinner at one of the restaurants there.

I have stayed here multiple times while flying into and out of Hiroshima. The staff has always been top tier, and are always very accommodating. It’s so convenient that I couldn’t imagine staying elsewhere before or after a late night flight.

The airport serving Hiroshima is at least a 45 minute drive from the central city and can be longer if traffic backs up. Since I had an early morning flight to Tokyo I decided to stay here to avoid missing the flight. The hotel was much posher than I expected. It was a 10 minute walk from the terminal, though I used the handy shuttle service the day of my flight. The lobby was large with lots of comfortable seating. The room was a bit larger than typical for Japan and perfectly satisfactory in all respects.

The menu at the hotel's restaurant seemed fairly upscale and somewhat limited in selection. I ended up walking back to the airport and eating at one of several reasonably priced restaurants outside of security.

Very nice, staff helpful, location great, only a few minutes walk to the airport, regular shuttle bus service in the morning and on request afterwards. A very nice Japanese garden and a forest park next to it, great park view and offer nice walking area

Proximity to the airport was very convenient. The hotel even offered a shuttle. The hotel is near gardens and park area which was quite enjoyable and peaceful. Accommodation had wester style rooms which were clean and comfortable. Additional perks like the welcome drink were appreciated.

Would not recommend the dinner restaurant. Price was high but taste was mediocre and meal cohesion was poor.

Can’t beat the proximity to the airport for convenience of catching a flight. Food was done well (dinner & breakfast at the hotel restaurant) and the provided amenities were very handy. The free drink service was very much appreciated!

Walking to the hotel was a bit challenging which is why the hotel told me to call for a shuttle but I wanted to get some air after being on a bus for an hour. It was doable but a bit challenging to find the right path to the hotel.

The lady at the reception with good command of English, and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage (also with good command of English) or extremely welcoming and helpful. They even helped us to book a cab for the next day. It was the best thing about the hotel. And the view is great, especially the garden behind the hotel.

We didn’t like the breakfast variety. I wish there were more options in varieties., but it was OK.

Better view from the room than last time. The room seemed better too. Renovated recently or paid more this time? Shuttle service was efficient.

I wouldn't mind paying less for less quality. After all it's for convenience for early flight.

It was elegant with a spacious room. Everywhere was super clean. If we could give it 12 stars, we would. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. We were able to walk to the airport terminal for our early morning flight. We will stay again the next time we are in Hiroshima.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The hotel is in very short proximity to Hiroshima Airport. I landed at about 9PM with several family members and a lot of bags. The hotel offered to call a shuttle to pick me up, but we I decided to walk. It was about a 5 minute walk from the airport with all our bags. Extremely convenient. And the best part - AIR CONDITIONING! Staff was extremely kind.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and treated like VIPs! I travel to many hotels and I'm sorry I can't remember his name, (it started with the letter M) but, he was so professional and walked us from the reception desk to our room and explained emergency exits, the reception number, and made himself available that night if we needed anything. The next morning he greeted us again and walked us out to the shuttle and was so respectful. He stayed outside at the door entrance until we left. I've never felt so welcome and I have told all my friends and family of this experience. The reception desk staff was also very nice. They provide shuttle service, although you can actually walk because it's so close to the airport.
