Great location! Only few minutes from Fukuyama station, Fukuyama castle and shopping area .

Service standard: The hotel stuff have varied service standard, I am unsure whether it’s because they need to speak English to me and they are nervous. The male stuff are generally much more friendlier. And the female stuff seem to hate their job. Though the glass is definitely sound proofed, you can still hear some whooshing of the Shinkansen, but definitely not the normal train. Considering it to be so close to the track, and you can see the trains from your room, it does not bother me that much and what a nice view. The room can be definitely labelled for train spotting.

Perfect location where is just opposite to the Fukuyama JR/bus station and Fukuyama castle. The Fukuyama castle room view is amazing. The room is comfortable and clean. Nice staffs.

Near subway station. Very convenient to start and end our Shimanami Kaido biking trip here. They held our bags for our overnighter until we rechecked in the following night.

Äll was perfect. Haven't tasted breakfast, because we booked a room with them. Otherwise, all is fine. Recommended.

The hotel is directly across from the Fukuyama Station. It is conveniently located near many food options near and around the property. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious enough for three people. It faced Fukuyama Castle, offering a breathtaking view. The location was also very accessible from the train station. Overall the place is super B!

Newly renovated and directly across from Fukuyama station. Large comfortable room and beds with a large bath and wet room.

No onsen and morning breakfast has only two choices for set meal.

Fukuyama doesn't have a lot going on. The hotel could of had more facilities for the size of the building.

The facility and the rooms were excellent. The location is very convenient and located close to the station, shops and a few minutes from Fukuyama castle. They also have onsite parking for a fee.

Next door to the train station, which is very convenient. The castle view was also very very nice. The Wifi was quick, and the room and bathroom were very spacious.

Great view, especially in the evening when the lights come on. Parking was easy and right beside the hotel.

The location is excellent. We had a castle view too. Check in was quick. The room was quiet and I would recommend this hotel, I did see other hotels of this brand and they looked good from the outside. Also there are many great dinner options directly opposite the hotel.

The 'Amercian' breakfast was not as advertised. the chef needs to learn what an American breakfast is. Although we had paid for it, for the last 2 days we ate at the station area. Also we used the laundry, however the clothes did not dry in the dryer, even after extra drying. Luckily they dried in the room.

Fukuyama is a great base for some fantastic day trips. The hotel perfectly located by the station and within a short hop of a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops.

No complaints at all.
