Country Inn Premier Pacific Mall Road Mussoorie

I generally dont write reviews but this time felt it woud be good share the experience.1) The hotel is not at the mall road but 15 -20 min walk away.The hotel provides cab service to reach mall road2) The mountain view room has good view but no balcony3)The breakfast buffet is good with standard options

1) The standard is not of a country inn franchise 2) The property is not as mantained as a usually country inn hotels are so dont expect 5 star facility here 3)The non view rooms are smaller with no balcony and in the basement4)The mountain view rooms also has no balcony

Spacious room

Location is very bad ,no outdoor space to sit n relax ,very conjusted from inside ..not value for money ..food is average, restaurant staff was very rude

This hotel doesn't even deserve a 1-star rating. My experience was extremely disappointing. Although it is listed as a 4-star property on Booking.com, the cleanliness and hygiene standards are far below acceptable—more like a subpar budget hotel. The location is also quite poor, and I can confidently say I would never choose to stay here again. Despite the high price, the amenities are shockingly inadequate and do not justify the cost. Overall, a truly unpleasant stay.

Breakfast.

No towels have been provided , every time we need to ask them for bath towels , even after a few requests, hand towels were not provided .No proper guidance to reach the hotel .We have to go to mall road via walk as always there hotel cab services was busy .Fridge washing not in working condition.

Property is not on walkable distance from Mall road also the staff was very rude and non cooperative.

THIS PROPERTY COULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER IF FEW BASIC THINGS ARE TAKEN CARE OFF.....

DINNER BUFFET VERY POOR , ROOM SIZE NOT AT ALL UPTO MARK . VERY SMALL FOR 3 PEOPLE TO ACCOMMODATE... BREAKFAST IS JUST OK ..

Pros The property is located very near to the mall road in a rather peaceful stretch of camel's back road. The view from the Mountain view rooms are incredible we were able to see all the views like cloudy rainy morning views, sunny and foggy and all of them were amazing. The staff is very good specially the one in caffeteria and shuttle they give their best to keep you comfortable. The property offers pick and drop shuttles upto dropping point on mall road, however one needs to wait a bit for their turn. Those who love walking can easily cover the distance in 7-8 minutes. I along my wife and kid were able to cover it in walking a couple of times. Only feedback for improvement is the little wear and tear which one can see all around the property. It should be taken care to make this place the best. Else I personally enjoyed my stay with family here!

The food was not good and was very expensive. 500 rupees for 5 roti !

Staff sevice was not at all good...there was no kettle in our room we call at reception so many times but they didn't send..No minibar ,no fridge in d room

Property was vast with good facilities however not very well managed .balcony rooms are hood providing awesome view

Staff is less so it takes time for requests to get processed. And the location is not that great

The location is troublesome. Totally dependent on the hotel taxi to reach the nearest point. Which has limitations due to rush.

Very nice location with superb views, both from the room and the open air breakfast terrace. Rooms and bathroom are nice with lots of hot running water

The only thing i dont like about property is the rooms were very small wass not able to enjoy with family and friends in room bewcuse it was too samll And prices was higher according toh room

The rooms were decent and spacious and the staff was courteous.

The food was pretty average. I especially didn't like the breakfast at all. Very limited options and the chef couldn't even make scrambled eggs, he served the plain old Bhurji instead. There wasn't any hairdrawer in the rooms as well.

Cleanliness and room sizes are excellent. Well maintained property.

Linen quality is not good. Need replacement.

Poor location, not on mall road, wrong information...Breakfast was hope less, all 4 days same menu viz idli no dosa no vada.. no cold coffee no cappuccino, poor fruit options, waiters were poorly dresses with bad appearance...Not worth to stay here
