The Oasis Mussoorie - a member of Radisson Individuals

The property is located on a hill and very asthetic

The road to the property is very narrow and bumpy. Needs a lot of improvements.

Friendly staff. We got an upgrade so me and my friends could stay together on the same floor.

All was good.

The location, walking distance to Mall road is good. I think most rooms have a balcony which is a bonus.Breakfast was good. I am still amazed that in India it is apparently normal to come to breakfast in your pajamas.

The roll-away bed that was provided as an extra bed was really uncomfortable. It was a steel plate with a super thin matrass.Next day when we wanted to leave earlier they said they could provide a better bed. This should have been given the first time not after complaining.

The staff were par excellent, always responsive, always helpful, and smiling

The curd at the buffet, it was sour and not suitable for people with sensitive tummies.

Amenities, staff , food , location , pool

The location and the cleanliness.

They charged us more from what was shown

Amazing vegetarian breakfast. Great location

If you are looking for something in Rishikesh city center then this may not be the right choice-

Pros: 1. Size of room.2. Location.3. Good Balcony.4. Quick check-in. 5. Decent Breakfast Spread.

Cons1. Service is quite slow overall including housekeeping.2. Service in restaurant is not prompt.3. Dinner was not at all up to the mark, we found better food on mall road.4. Still signs of old property marks. broken wooden biddings, drawer marks, room lock not working.5. Way too much overpriced with respect to property and food standards. Need to provide more in order to justify the price.

A true Oasis in the hustle and bustle of beautiful Mussoorie. Hotel is very modern and immaculate. Well positioned to reach Mall road where life happens.

There is nothing not to like about this property

The stay was extremely good. The food and breakfast were also quite delicious. I had requested for a free upgrade as it was my wife's birthday and not only provided me with the upgrade but also decorated the room with a complimentary cake. Extremely helpful and kind-hearted staff

Amazing hospitality and service. My car tyre was Flat when I reached there. Even my spare tyre was Flat. They fixed the car by themselves and made sure that I wasnt worried about the car for my return journey.

Food could be better but the hospitality and the service makes up for the shortcoming.

Breakfast was okay, location was good.

The hotel staff needs to be professional, the washroom door was jammed, and room no. was 106. The shower drain was blocked.

The location, great food, cordial staff and amenities

A little tough to reach

It was good experiance .

our booking was for valley view side but hotel provided us on forest view side which feel us boaring in room

Great hospitality. Very comfortable and excellent food . Each and every one were very helpful with very quick response. It was a great stay .

It was a memorable experience at The Oasis Mussorie.. the staff was very courteous. Especially Raviraj was very helpful... The Room was Cozy and decent Sized. The Food was Amazing.. Highly Recommended for families

The hotel location was bit inconvenient however not very far from mall road (800 mtrs) and they also had a shuttle service for pick and drop half the way to Mall road / Library Chowk

Excellent facilities, cleanliness and overall experience. Staff, especially the concierge, ravi was courteous, helpful and instrumental in enhancing the stay experience.

The access road is narrow and steep. Very difficult for drivers who are not experienced in hilly area driving. Walking on the route is also next to impossible due to the steep incline. Due to unavailability of pickup and drop facilities after 10 PM, this causes problems.

- clean rooms- beautiful view

- The additional bed was hard and uncomfortable- On the first night two of us had some stomache issues after eating in the restaurant. The second night two of us again ate at the restaurant (we didn‘t eat anywhere else that day) and had very severe food poisoning and spent the whole night vomiting and with diarrhea. Our friend who skipped dinner was fine. We even had to get a doctor. It seemed like the staff of the hotel didn‘t want to take responsibility and they didn‘t offer any compensation or anything like that.

Location, staff.

Food. Non-inclusivity.
