Very good location but a little bit noisy in the morning if you have a room with the view on library chowk

cleanliness must be improved (room+ bedsheets)

No water in washroom early morning . Had to wait for half an hour to get freshenup. Nightlamps were as good as main light

I had not visited this place but yet i have paid advance payment. But i was unable to go to this property as there was a transport strike. However, it is been more than 1 month, i am yet to receive my refund. No one is helping not even Booking.com. These fraudster only telling this had been processed.

It's on height. So every time you have a long walk to reached there. Car parking space is available but a little bit hard to drive. Another things are good.

British time hotel and room. Rooms are comfortable.

The hotel height is more and not comfortable ups and down many times. Foods are not good.

Overall everything was good about the hotel including the staff and reception.

The rooms need to be cleaner and more organised. Water problems.

The parking facility was not good, it's very difficult to take your car to the Hotel parking

Unpleasant stay!Only reason I didn't leave early is because I had my puppy with me.Pathetic Service, dirty rooms and inedible food.Please avoid booking this hotel since there are far more better options available.

Breakfast was normal.and the location was pleasent situation on a good place a view top location.only the service was bit lacking rest was all average.

Beds were stinking, Bathroom was not clean. The location was not exactly on mall road and none of our complaints were resolved.No room service for luggage. You will have to carry on your own.We stayed there for a night only and that was the worst during the whole trip.

1. only hatch back model cars can enter the route to the hotel., other type cars(SUVs) will not enter the road - so you will need to carry all your luggage up the hill in that cases 2.Rooms are not clean

Location is quite close to mall road, just 5 minute hike. Amazing view of sunset

There is no prompt service like towels , toiletries. The linen and floor Mat is not clean as well as furniture was dusty.

Breakfast was very good and location of this Hotal is very good

Back area of room or after bathroom was not clean.it has little a bit dust somewhere of corner side

Uncomfortable bedding most, furniture is really too bad and not maintained properly. Totally waste of money
