Likes- Food Quality, Hospitality, Breathtaking Views from Windows and Great Amenities inside rooms.Dislikes - Room Sizes could be a little larger.

There was so much of variety in food items and everything was fresh and tasty.The quantity of food was also more than enough. the staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. The view from the hotel room is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Location and the facilities are good and our family enjoyed. Only issue with family room is that it's washroom elevation , it may be tougher for elder people.

Not in crowded location, have dedicated parking, friendly staff, good breakfast

Some guest staying near by making lots of of noise and haven’t closed the door of their room so that part is dont like

I had a very wonderful experience at Hotel Sun Grace ! I can say it’s one of the best hotel in the Mussorie . Location of the hotel is very good and calm. Customer services are excellent. You will get anything within 5 mins. Staff is very polite and well-mannered. The view from the hotel is serene.

Overall good Hotel and good hotel staff , Location is little bit away from Mall Road.

The location was superb,, staff was helpful ,  and  every facility provided was good. I really liked the complimentary pick up and drop to Mall Road. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The place is far from the main market which is good.secluted place with Mountains view.

Over priced and breakfast is limited also very average.

The staff were excellent. In a place like Mussourie, where parking becomes a real headache, getting a free and good parking within the hotel premises is real bonus. Food was good, room was clean and overall comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel to friends for sure.

I liked the ambiance,location of hotel .It was clean but I must say It is very expensive and not up to the mark as per the charges. I paid almost 9000+ for one night and it was not worth.There was nothing cozy in the room.Even fridge not working.No AC in the room though it was not required looking at the weather but still I didn't understand why the room was so expensive.

Staff was very helpful and gave good tips about nearby places. Service was prompt.Restaurent food was good and reasonably priced.

The mountainview room offered good view but has some noise since it's road facing as well.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the quality of food was really top-notch. The property is very well maintained with flowers all around. The beautiful terrace and the chirping of the bird in the morning has really won our heart. Thank you to the Team of Hotel SunGrace. The chauffeur service was good, from picking us from Airport, to site seeing and drop.

Just a suggesstion - a few more food options in the breakfast buffet such as muffin, tea-cakes would be good.

I liked the balcony, which was not attached to the room though. Rooms are ok sized. Right next to the main road and a temple so lots of car noises and temple sounds. Hotel is a bit old, so a lil shabby and has damps on walls. Staff was very nice and prompt. And they have a courtesy pick up and drop to the mall road which is a saving grace because lots of dust and construction happening on the road.

The views from terrace are splendid. The location is easily approachable with a private accessible parking.The food is very tasty. The staff are helpful and courteous.You can also enquire them about sightseeing cab service.

Only issue is multiple flights of stairs which may be issue for elderly, in which case make sure to opt for rooms on first floor itself.

The staff was very cooperative and helped us a lot with scooty services, and itinerary.The stay is a complete worth for money and they also have a breakfast buffet facility. The food is delicious. The view from the hotel is great. It's a must recommend.

They have a nice dine inn restaurant that offers a nice spread of Breakfast . Dinner too was good . Staff is friendly . They offered to change my room , as I was not happy with the initial room . The new room had a great view , and the staff did their best to make our stay comfortable .

The only disappointment was they did not have a stable supply of hot water in the Bathroom . With 4 degrees cold to bear , their boiler system for heating the water with just 20 litres capacity was a limitation . Only half of my family could bath and the rest had to wait for 20-25 mins for the water to get refilled and heated again. So if you have a time bound plan to start your sight seeing activity , please keep a cushion of extra 30 mins , to get ready , if you are travelling with 4-5 members .
