Beautiful property. Location excellent. . Service was good.

Food was not good

I was very impressed with the property and staff during my previous stay, last year. Currently, I was in Dehradun for meetings and chose to drive up to the hotel to spend the night rather than staying in Dehradun

The staff was excellent. Dinesh, especially, was really helpful. The food was great.

The property could be maintained a little better especially since it is such a beautiful residence with original wood work. For us, personally, the large groups staying at the property created a lot of ruckus till 11:30 at night. This was a major letdown for us as we wanted some peace and quiet especially as it was in the hills. The group did not seem to listen to the hotel staff as well and kept shouting and playing loud music with speakers etc till very late at night.

Location. Away from the mall road, quiet and peaceful.

The property is absolutely picturesque and the staff very hospitable! The manager, Mr. Dilip was always eager to help and very welcoming. In the evenings, and after breakfast in the mornings, it was lovely to walk around the scenic property!

It’s beginning to be run down, the food is very average and hot water is problematic

They added a new coffee machine in the room

Shower doesn’t work at all and hot water is unpredictable

Peaceful surrounding, excellent F&B, good bedding and clean bathrooms.

Rooms could be bigger, food portions could be larger. Washroom drain was blocked, though housekeeping was prompt enough to clean it.

Breakfast was not very elaborate, but whatever was served as served with love by the Hotel staff. We loved it. The hotel is beautiful and in a very good location. The staff is very friendly and courteous.

Nothing to complaint about

We had the club room. Excellent size. Lots of space.Food in the restaurant was very good.

Definitely isolated with a car. They do have drop off/pick up, but not always timely.It can be noisy in the courtyard rooms.Next time would book a hotel with a view.And the worst was hot water could only be had in request. What? For a hotel this costly??? And the shower was one of the worst. Hardly any pressure.

Staff was helpful

Not worth the money you spend...I would not rate it 4 star ...only 1 /2 star.Hot water used to come on and off, AC was not working, got room changed.

staff went over and above to make us comfortable. food was superb and great variety at the breakfast buffet. bonfire is a great option. despite us being the only guests during one night, no compromise was made on facilities or food

although it’s neat, but it’s old and needs an upgrade and more maintenance

Run down facilities needing maintenance and renovation. Atrocious food. Very poor value for the exhorbitant tariff charged. Cannot in all honesty recommend this hotel to anybody and will certainly never re visit it again.

Elegant style structure. Verdant greenery and trees all round the property. Staff is pleasant

Poor ventilation in rooms. Tobacco smell in room which stays for long. Shower does not work too well. Floor cleaning is improper. TV channels took 16 hours to get activated. Food quality is just ok. Dining Room and Bar smell musty. Very poor value for the exorbitant tariff charged.

Ambience is good

Staff, they issued a bill for my breakfast which was included in my booking, which was afterwards neutralized and while washing my car, they put so much water in the car which has yet to be evaporated after cleaning every day for last five days and is producing foul smell. Yo can't even sit in the car in morning. I don't know why the hell they poured so much water inside the car, it seemed they were cleaning the car from inside using a water pipe or so. Very dissapointed.
