Location, Service, Staff Behaviour everything is not acceptable.Food is smelly, service is very poor. Staff entered in my room without any permission.

Staff was good and helpful.

No parking facilities though it was clearly mentioned that the parking facility is there on site. And it's not near the mall road. It is good for those who are coming by public conveyance then the guest can walk to the hotel and it will be near the mall road for walkers but if someone is coming through their own car then you have to park your car on the road and it will 4 to 5km away from the mall road.

Staff was very cooperative and polite

There is no lift in hotel and there is some bad odour in 233 room wash room. Otherwise it's good and rooms are cleaned.

Hotel is good but reaching the hotel is difficult because other state taxies are not permitted to enter Mall road. No arrangement by the hotel to pick up its customer. Aged people and heart patients could not reach the hotel with luggage walking 1KM steep road from police' barrigad

No arrangement by the hotel even they know these difficulties. Customers are not informed at the time of booking

Liked nothing because they did not allow us to stay there. Although we provided all our info in advance, and they knew we were not Indian, only when we arrived did they tell us that only Indians were welcome at their hotel. It was very confusing. Apparently, the hotel was recently bought by OYO and policies changed. But no one has informed us, although our room had been reserved months ago.

1. The room was moisture locked, zero ventilation.2. No exhaust or ventilation in the bathroom.3. While booking we booked an AC room but to our suprise room didn't have AC.4. The room was beside the kitchen dinning area, so it was always noisy.5. Guests were very loud disturbing everyone, still hotel staff didn't interfere.

We only like staff nature is very polite.

No one came for cleaning room on next day. Blanket is in very bad condition. Hotel don't have own car parking . We paid 1200 rs for car parking in front of hotel. It's too far from Mall road ( library chock )

Very good location, staff, and food

The location, very near to the mall road, though you need to walk about 300 meters through a narrow corridor from main road.The area of dining is also superb with nice view over valley and distant mountains. Rooms are big and clean. Food is fine. It may need some time to prepare for dinner particularly.

The parking, and you have to pay. Though it was promised in Booking.com that it will be free! Few more power sockets in room will help considering the number of gadgets we use these days. Persons with walking difficulties should avoid booking this hotel.

The property is good housing it’s own restaurant. Room was spacious and clean. Good view of the valley from the room and courteous staff. Facilities available as mentioned. Location is on mall road right in the heart. Inhouse restaurant serves good Indian food

There is no soundproofing

I recently stayed at O Pioneer, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The service was outstanding, the staffs went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making it a welcoming environment. The food was a highlight—each dish tasted like home-cooked comfort, satisfying and delicious.Overall, O Pioneer offers a perfect blend of warmth and hospitality. It truly feels like a home away from home!

Staff behaviour is worst, they behave like they are the owners specially the front desk bald person is so rude, seems he is unhappy with his life , thus pours his frustration on guests

The Resturant has provided wrong details on the site that it has AC rooms. It doesn’t have AC room’s and also the hotel is far away from mall road

Not worth the price paid for the stay

Basic amenities were missing , no soap in bathroom . Mattress was very hard. Food was ok ok ... not bad but not up to the mark

The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were extremely polite and kind. They decorated the entire dining area for my birthday and even brought medicine for my brother in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating with every request.The food was excellent and freshly prepared. The breakfast items were particularly more delicious. For dining, there was a hall with a stunning view and a basic play area for kids. They also had an open rooftop dining area, which was the perfect place for breakfast and dinner. It's a great spot to take some fantastic pictures.The main entrance was pleasant for a walk. The rooms were quite spacious, and the bed was big enough for 2-3 people. The view from my room was simply wonderful.They also provided extra blankets, towels, water jugs and bottles, glasses, handwashing soap, geysers, and a TV. This is the best place if you’re looking for an amazing view.

Rooms used to get quite smelly as there wasn’t much ventilation. If you opened the window, the rooms would get cold, and if you didn’t, they would get smelly. Although the staff would come and clean the room as many times as you asked, the only problem was with the location. My parents weren’t very comfortable with walking on hilly roads, so if you want an amazing view and are comfortable with walking a bit, then this is the perfect place to stay. However, if you don’t like walking, you might want to compromise on the view and choose another place.
