Location was great and hotel staff was hospitable.
Restaurant timing was until 10.30pm & should be until 11.30pm. Hotel room pricing was bit expensive.
Hotel is good however few things were missing ..
Dinner buffet was expected but not available. We wanted some floral decor on payment basis but same was refused.
Breakfast is ok....Location was good but due to traffic getting in and out it's crazy..
Not very friendly staffs
Location just outside Mall Road was good if you want to stay close to the city but don’t want to pay tolls everytime you enter. Nice parking if you have a private car.
Breakfast was strictly okay. Multiple lifts required to get to your room.
Location is near mall road which is very good although traffic is a problem but one can roam around the mall road by walking and the valley view rooms have a very good view.
food spread could have been better as they had limited options and the dessert spread was also limited.
Rooms were spacious..but no balcony.
Buffet Dinner service was very poor.Soup and starters were empty.Took almost 30 mins for them to bring soup and starters
That it was very close to the Mall road
The staff at the restaurant didn't receive orders/instructions well. The breakfast area wasnt organized at all and the food was just okay. A little too pricey for the facilities available.
everything was good. food, ambience and staff.
wifi was not working in our room
clean and courteous staff
value for money

Location of the property.
Breakfast - very limited options and late service. Had to wait for tea, hot milk, parathas as these were not ready on time. Hygeine was just about ok.
location, situated on one side of mall road
after paying for the most premium room the view was average
StaffAttic suite valley view
Less spacious
The property is located at the Mall Road so we could move around quite comfortably. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had a great time! Read some reviews that were not quite the same so it got me worried, but my experience was wonderful!
Nothing to not like
Staff was very kind and humble and the property was also very good but we missed out on the pool due to the govt guidelines. All in all it is a must go if looking for a property on Mall Road. Hassle free parking and stay with very co operative staff with smiling faces.
