- It's location- it is on the top of the Mussoorie so views are marvelous, small garden, fountain at night, open area to sit.Neat and clean Room and Bathroom, the food was good in taste, politeness and service of the hotel staff.

- The way to Hotel from Gandhi Chowk is about 2 Km and last 500 Metres is steep and narrow, fit for only one four wheeler and where driving is quiet uncomfortable for non localities and the outside of the building looks old and needs update, only some rooms have balcony.
- They didn’t provide WiFi service despite they promised me.
- Facilities old and not working.Kettle had to be changed. Phone never worked even if a technician came. Very inconvenient as I had to go to reception each time I needed something. The toiletries were incomplete. Water pressure is low, and not hot enough.Restaurant needs a complete upgrade. Wine choice and food variety is very limited.The whole place needs a good refurbishment, repainting, etc.The staff is generally not very attentive to the needs of customers, and they're slow. The supervisor was helpful though. The only plus point to this place is the superb location and mesmerizing view!

NO BREAKFAST GIVEN AS WE ARE NOT AWARE OF CLOSING TIME OF BREAKFAST & WHEN WE REACHED TO DO BREAKFAST THEY GIVE US EXCUSES THAT THEY CALLED US ONCE BUT WE DID NOT TAKE CALL .WE REQUEST THEM TO ARRANGE SOME TEA OR SNACKS ONLY BUT THEY REFUSED.
ROOM WAS GOOD BUT BATHROOM DRAIN WAS CHOCKED. NO FIRST AID WAS THERE AT HOTEL & AFTER MANY CALLS THEN ROOM SERVICE WAS DONE.

Property location is good but staff never smile.. as if they are doing some favour to us. I didn’t like it, the kind property it is, staff is not up to the mark. They even charged for ice cube.. it was new for me.
The expansiveness and location is great. The hotel manager was accommodating. Very quiet and peaceful location.
The toilet was dirty in our room, the shower handle broke, the wooden floor ha nails peaking out that could hurt a child. However, after an argument we received an upgrade.
