Room was comfortable, views from the terraces were beautiful, restaurant has nice food, area is great to visit other locations.

Location

The property needs renovation. Visited few times, the service, cleanliness and room interiors have drastically degraded. Needs a serious revamp

Too expensive -they show Valley view tower which is little away on bkg but you want in main building thet add a big amount to the price) not value for money.

The property has excellent location, good and well behaved staff. The spread and the taste at the breakfast was amazing.

feel that the booking made through travel aggregators like yourselves are given step motherly treatment in terms of room allocation and the overall ambience of the room. This should be unacceptable specially when the major business comes through yourselves. My views

Great service, great staff and facilities, hotel and rooms very very clean. They have nice play areas for kids as well as adults to spend some quality time.

Location is little far from Mall road. And shuttle facility is not provided for pickup and drop off. So, it becomes difficult to take your car all the way , wait for parking. Time consuming

The size and the approach of the property is very good.

The entertainment system in the rooms is very outdated. they should change it now. There is hardly anything for the kids to watch.

Pros: good view of the valley, good, clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Good food with a variety of options at breakfast. Plenty of games facilities available.

The property is beautiful with an old charm to it, located conveniently near the old town with stunning views! Quick car ride away from Landour & Mall Road The staff is brilliant, experienced. Breakfast was balanced, with great options, live kitchen with table service! My host, Priyanjali & Prachee were incredible & made everything very seamless!

Slight issue with the type of room, I booked twin room whilst they had a king double for me. Took about 30 minutes for the correct room to be available (not any issue) but if you have a specific bed preference - I suggest calling in advance to confirm :)

The staff is the extremely friendly and helpful, they truly deliver five star service. The location and views are also very nice.

The hotel is in desperate need of updating their rooms. In comparison to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip this one felt more like what you would get at a 4 star that hasn't been updated in a while rather than a 5 star hotel.

The hotel location is excellent offering best of both the worlds. its surrounded by lush greenery and dense tree cover and yet it is close to the bustling and happening hill station of Mussoorie.The breakfast was a lavish spread of various cuisines - continental, north Indian and south Indian. The presentation and layout was immaculate and the preparation was lip smacking. Above all the staff was ever ready to help and always had smiling faces. All in all a memorable experience - would definitely come again.

Everything is up to the mark..... keep up the good work.

resturant menu, one night the online menu wasn't opening, restaurant failed to provide a physical menu citing covid restrictions. not acceptable. I had to listen to menu verbally from waiter.

I went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Everything was perfect. The room was already decorated on arrival as requested by me. Also there was a cute little birthday cake. All this was done by the housekeeping team.I also booked the ‘Celebrations’ dinner for my wife. It was the most romantic dinner I could have gifted to my wife. All thanks to Mr. Kuldeep for arranging it. I would also like to thank Miss Mamta for her hospitality service during our dinner.

The design and layout and the open spaces are lovely

It needs some TLC. The walls in the main lobby had seepage The restaurant set up was always still incomplete and still ongoing even when it was time for guests to dine
