Gallery was very dirty, washroom are very small

Location is good, nice view.

Room floors are bit dirty and sticky. And bathrooms were not so clean

The staff was very nice and cooperative. The reception gentleman was very polite and nice and always ready to support. The hotel staff were also very goo. Food was good, service was nice.... all that is expected from hotel when you are at a vacation has met expectations.

Nothing I can remember. All was good.

The very terrible alliance between taxis and hotels that made taxi fares from Mussoorie 3-4 times more costly than going there!!!!!

Hotel room was spacious, beddings were good, Cleaniness was also ok.

Towels were old, a lot of noises which were coming even inside room, smell inside room, breakfast could have been with a bit more variety in terms of fruits, breads etc.Breakfast start timing should be little early like starting from 7.30 am.

I am not going to stay here in my next visit

Lift not working. Intercom not working.

We went recently on July 2023, where in the weather of mussoorie was really pleasant, we thought our 2 days stay will be great , but as our taxi reached till mall road we called the reception, that were we have to come exactly he didnt even care to tell us the perfect side as taxi are not allowed indide mall road so we anyhow had to take rickshaw wherein we need to know exact location and the receptionist was least interested to help us . After that some how by asking the road side shopkeeoers we reched there. The hotel is located at the top where approximately till 25 to 27 stairs you have to climb......after that they will take full payment on the counter on the very first day..... we did our booking from booking.com so they gave us back side view.......after that the fan of the room was not clean......electricity was going OFF to and fro and on top of that the shower was not working in the morning as the water went low. The reason asked was said that its because the hotel is in mountain which was ridiculous.....Also the lift went dead for straight 2 days. If a person is a heart patient then how will he climb those stairs and other things. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very humble especially Vikram n Pradeep.

When we reached the hotel, the very first day the cleaning was not up to the mark. However on our request, they cleaned the room again so we were satisfied.

Brekfst was delicious...I like everything ...but the room needs to work more on cleanliness

Breakfast was well served.. More than the breakfast, it was the hospitality of the servers that stood out.. staff is well trained

Very bad experience to stay a night in this hotel with family. When we entered in hotel the staff said lift is not working. Even they do not have proper cook for roasted food and the food served by them was tasteless and morning the geyser was also not working. I think Staff was fine they trying to resolve our problems but we think hotel administration is not interested to provide better service to their customers. They deserve only 0*

Property location

Property receptionist not provide the driver night stay. receptionist behaviour Very poor.

I only liked the catering staff be very polite. I think they are the piller who are continuing this hotel.

The rooms which was shown in during book was totally different. Reception Staff was so rude that they are just not ready to help. They seems not happy that we booked online. They were expecting that we should book through their agents. Such a painful experience in new year, that I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Food and the location

Had to remind them multiple time for water bottles, toiletries or any service for that matter. no phone was available in the room to contact at the reception.

It was one of the most hopeless stay in my entire travel history...breqkfast hopeless and they charge you super high...ridiculous washrooms of a superior bedroom ...toilet seat broken...food was hell..all guests had food leftover in platesOnly good thing was parking but you are your own if you car gets stuck....hopless staff..i would request everyone to avoid...
