Location and view from the room. Breakfast is delicious with different varieties.
Most of the electric switches were not working.
The location of hotel is excellent... middle of the Mall Road..and all rooms are on valley view facing..so nice valley view.. Staff is very cordial and co-operative..Also Veg. restaurants are easily accessible particularly for pure vegetarian people. Good Stay.. Unfortunately the mall road is under repair and renovation..else everything was okay..
location, staff, food
facilities like television, bed, phone was broken,
Stay was awesome.Staff persons are professionally managed.Rooms are clean and comfortable stay.
Room cost was little bit high in comparison to other property.
Everything was exceptional. Staff was very cooperative and food was really nice buffet and normal ordered one.
Hotel chain should introduce some discounts on longer stay with the hotel.
The location
The staffs attitude, the room's hardware was poor,
The location of course is excellent. The staff is humble and cooperating. The food was good too.
The property is getting old with rooms requiring repairs and maintenance. The primary need in a hotel is the room. However, in our room, couple of lights were non-ops, TV initially wasn't working, the locker was non-operational and door rubbing with the floor. Even the mirror needed replacement.
Location was great but tourist cars are not allowed inside so you need to hire cycle rickshaw to take your luggage till the hotel from the library chowk. The hotel is located little uphill so you need to walk for like 50m.Luggage will be carried by the hotel guys so no worry.
The bathroom shower was not working properly. Also the light outside the bathroom near the wardrobe was not working. After informing the staff then also the light was not repaired.
very nice location and very helpful staffi am very happy with the service of staff and the manager is also very nice
Bed was comfortable.Room was clean.Shower was good. View was incredible.Staff friendly and helpful

Everything was good but hot water was not available 24 hrs (available only in morning however then you can request for it) and lift was not available which can be problem to some people
Location is perfect
1 parking space is very risky ,they have to park vehicle by their trained staff ,they suggest me to park on mall side in ilegal parking too.2 they give us dirty room first without cleaning and with dirty bedsheets.3 only 1 person in front desk was a supportive during the stay all other staff is useless rude and illiterate .4 quality of hotel is very bad now we used to stay there in past but now property is badly maintained by staff Thumbs down to honeymoon
