It's great property with good views from valley view rooms, great food and very friendly staff. Select if you are visiting Mussoories. Bang on start of mall road.

Excellent property. Views from the valley view rooms are marvelous. Daily breakfast is very very tastey. Staff is very polite and friendly. Location is bang on library chowk. Get a scooty at the mussoorie library bldg for entire day for merely rupee 1k or less. Fill the tank with rupee 200 petrol and head to all famous spots. On your own vehicle is great thrill.

It’s location was really accessible and is very close to Mall Road.

They don’t have trained staff in restaurant. I felt they show some preference to big groups. So the wait time was bit longer. They don’t have elevators or lifts.

The location is great as it's just outside Mall Road.

The washroom was a bit cramped and its ceiling started leaking out of nowhere and we had to call maintenance.

No proper hot water system in the rooms, drainage is the shower room was poor

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in Mussoorie. The rooms are very spacious and the service was commendable. The close proximity to Mall road is an added advantage.The front office staff were kind enough to suggest viable transport options for visiting nearby areasHighly recommended for fellow tourists!!

The restaurant staff are inadequate in numbers to match up with the service. Owing to the seasonal rush, there were lot of guests and the staff was finding it difficult to maintain the service levels (especially during breakfast hours). They were trying their best though.There was a minor issue in the bathroom which was rectified by the staff during the next day daily cleaning service.

Location was great right on mall road

Breakfast was of okkish types, when asked for cappuccino & cold coffee, they say its not part of buffet, which was not expected.

Nice food, great staff, excellent location, walking to the Mall road late night safe.

Best about this Hotel is the location, very close to the happening area of Mussoorie and easy access to other spots. Breakfast was good, good variety and service. If you are staying in valley view room with balcony, ready to be surprised with the view from room - its excellent.

Room could have been bit bigger, however given the location of hotel its still preferred.

The location is really good. You get to see the sunrise and the whole valley. Walkable distance from mall road.Food was really good. They also had a mini lunch buffet. The breakfast buffet was delicious.On Saturday and Sunday, they have live music performance in the evening, which was really great.The rooms were very spacious. We were upgraded to rooms with a balcony view. So, I really enjoyed the view.

Very nicely served breakfast ,delicious too,quantity and quality perfect ..view was amazing .we as a couple and family enjoyed a lot with tasty breakfast . I would like to stay again.???

ITC fortune has a perfect location, also the staff is highly courteous and helpful. They were extremely polite and made our overall stay very pleasant. Thank you!

Probably you can improve the cleanliness of rooms. It was not dirty but you can do a little more than just satisfactory.

Fortune Resort Grace is located at the absolute center of town and if one wishes to spend one’s time walking up and down the very crowded, garbage-strewn Mall, then this helps. However this also means that the hotel environs are unusually hot and the area around has very high automobile pollutants.

Our hope for our super short getaway at Fortune Resort Grace was that it would reflect at least some of the standards of the ITC brand. Sadly, the hotel doesn’t quite do that. In fact we were first alloted a room with no windows at all. Gratefully, we changed this. While the staffers were nothing but polite and helpful, they are clearly overwhelmed by the crowds and the meals are average with long wait times. The bedlinen wasn’t at all fresh and we spent several hours of the night feeling both itchy and icked. Because of the size of the rooms and the hotel’s location, it was hot inside the room even with the AC and fan on and the air felt a wee rancid.

The location is awful, we went in June - I will not advice anyone to book a hotel anywhere near Mall road or library chowk. We were stuck in traffic for hours in our car on a hill climb which damaged clutch. To add to the woe Police managing the traffic is like goons they blocked the way to Hotel and I was stranded for hours with nowhere to go. Hotel though helped in whatever way they could

Centrally located

Room service etc is slow. Washrooms and rooms are small with low ceiling height.

Location near to library bazar chowk. Gr8 view from terrace.

Breakfast was okay though they have less options Many things get repeated on the next day. Expected more variety.
