The hotel is well located, near all of the shops and restaurants in Gun Hill but far enough that it is quiet. It is a 5 min walk. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinners) and had a good variety of Indian and international foods. Our room was not located in the main building but in an annex building. Our room was spacious and well-maintained.

While the room was very nice, the hallways looked like they needed some upkeep and less clutter from random chairs and tables that seems to be part of overflow from other areas

Great view from the balcony. Room size was good. Live music during high tea was a nice add on.

Room details in this listing did not match the actual room. I paid for "Winter Green Premium room" which stated high floor with balcony. But, the "High floor balcony" turned out to be a "ground floor verandah" right by the car parking. They stated they were "unaware" of what was listed here. Finally, they agreed to provide a room with a balcony after much back and forth.There was cold air coming through a gap in the balcony door even though it was shut which meant heating was not as great as it should have been.

Overall conform to its reputation. Noisy hall with people talking loud at all hours and groups celebrating with live music

Before going to this property first fix everything with them Bone fire charges You drink chargesExtra bed chargesAnd after that u need to take care of there table chair too while bone fire. If because of heat it get damaged then you have to pay.. Jo ki unka staff laga ke Gaya hai table and chair..Aaesa humme Iss hotel ki GM MR BAHEL ne bola..My staff will not take care r anything..Hopeless entry…cars andar bhagwan ka naam leke jati hai..And worst GM OF THIS HOTEL I ever met..Bond sign karake Iss hotel me check in karna Varna billing ke time pura stafff ladne bhi aa sakta hai ho Ho sakta hai marne bhi aa jayee..take care people

The Location of the Property was very near to the Barricades of the Mall Road, thereby mall road was accessible by foot. The staff, property and food in all was good and next to perfect. Room was to our liking and spacious for our child to roam around freely.

The winter Green rooms should also be with a view instead of the parking lot. ?Also, specifically mention for people to not get off at the Library chowk barricades which is 2 kms from the hotel and reaching is a task if you are travelling for the first time.

Everything was perfect ! Check in & out was smooth .Room had an amazing view .Dinner and breakfast spread was realy good .Food was delicious .Staff is realy nice and helpful .

Location, though difficult to reach, is next to Mall road. Good view.

The attitude of reception lady and Duty manager. My car developed some problem and I wanted to talk to another guest with similar car. Hotel staff bluntly refused to put me touch with another guest.I had to spend hours looking for a mechanic.

Hotel staff were nice, professional and helpful.Liked the concept for Hi-Tea for the monsoon season.

Property was not clean, tables and sofa chairs were dirty. Washroom were old and spider webs were visible at many areas.

Nicely decorated, nice premises in the middle of the little town centre. Beautiful view of the valley from our room. The service in the restaurant was far beyond expectations, delicious food and the manager gave or small bits to try.

In the evening, there was a birthday and it was celebrated in the corridor. It was around midnight, since we had to get up early the next morning we lay down early. This is where I expected the staff to intervene as other guests are also bothered by this. Then outside there was a couple arguing, of this everyone was able to enjoy, as Hotel staff I would have definitely intervened on this.

Only the location was good rest everything was so and so. They should look into the cleanliness of the common gallery from where we enter rooms. It was very dirty at the time of check in .

We reached hotel around 4.30 pm. I already informed about check in time that we will reach around 3.00 pm. But room was not ready. No tea cups are available in the room. I called three times to house keeping them I went personally at the reception for it.

It was comfortable stay with them. Their breakfast spread n hi tea are your highlights. Plus the location was also the main attraction, you can just walk through the Mall Road

Food was very good at the restaurant. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The room and bathroom was too small for 3 of us. I wouldn't recommend it for 3 people.

The rooms could be slightly larger , some of the essentials like shower cap, bath robs, bathroom slippers were missing. Some sort of construction was going on even in the night and was causing a lot of disturbance, eventually it was stopped when I reported it multiple times.

Breakfast was normal standard . Open sitting area was good. Staff of restaurant was good and efficient.

Very well maintained and cleaned with excellent staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable . Special mention to the restaurant managers and the servers for their hospitality.

Beautiful property, very well maintained. 2 mins walk from entrance of mall road, so very convenient location. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast spread and quality was amazing. They also had complimentary high tea with breakfast and live music.Overall a memorable stay!
