The place where we choose our hotel was heaven... Such a beautiful scenic place but our experience was ruined by the bad behaviour of the hotel owner n staff

The hotel owner was highly rude with us despite charging extra than the promised amount he was talking very rudely misbehaved with us and accused us on the other hand... Never assisted in any of our needs .. We had a kid 5 years old with us n still his attitude was pathetic

I Like Music, Staff Service and Their Behaviour is Too good and Location of Hotel, Food Quality is Good.When we come Mussoorrie we will definitely come In iceberg Hotel and Refer to my friends also.

Rooms and food are the best highlights of this property.Location is also good.

For friends group, Hotel staff is non co operative, even back out from mutually agreed terms in written also, related to food & services,Nil Hospitality, Because of rude & non professional behaviour, we feel embarassed & uncomfortable to stay there , even management forced us to leave property at 01:00 Am , Without any Refund, even not have sense today talk with seniors . very bad experence

Could have been more clean and few of the stuff like toiletries n glasses were missing but when we called and asked the staff quickly provided it. Linen could more cleaner..

i liked behaviour of staff, cleaness, facilites, location mean everything.

electric kettle was dirty we have to asked them to refill toiletries they supplied only 500ml complimentary water for a day, then we have to buy water from them. drinking water is very basic requirement and no option for refill ( after complaining for that they provide two water bottles on 1st day) but later charged for that.

staff was very cooperative and interaction with Amit Ji was indeed satisfying in terms of getting all the required and much needed information.

unpleasant smell outside the room, might be because of some drainage issues in nearby places, which was kind of taken care after a day

We had the patio to ourself where we could relax and enjoy the chill breeze with the mountain views. We enjoyed listening to music from our Bluetooth speakers while we savored the delicious iceberg pizza with chilled beers. And a bit of jamming along the live band. Real value for money. Amit's hospitality was commendable.

Location is the best, backside valley and front side hill and on the way of the Kemty Fall.Personal attention by the owner himself.Cooperative & prompt staff.
