Amazing stay. The location is unreal. The property is excellent. Hotel employee made it memorable.

Compared to the other five-star properties that we have stayed in earlier, the staff here was a bit unpolished.

All staff members were extremely courteous; especially TARAYA at dinner at Trout House. She is very noble person

It is by far the best properties I have stayed in. The hospitality is superb. Ms Ragini was really nice and They had arranged so many things for my birthday. The swimming pool was really good and temperature controlled. The food was good and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely come back again.

Location, views of the mountain, Spa, service and care given by all the staff, quality and variety of food. Ragini, the guest relationship manager took special care of us. Also, Lokendra attended efficiently to all our special requests. Akhilesh the bar tender made refreshing drinks for us. Rajatawa and Sudeshna took special care of us during all meals. Thanks to Balbir and Mrityunjai for a wonderful trekking experience

Lift was slow and not sufficient for peak hours.

While the JW Marriott Mussoorie offers top-notch service, luxurious amenities, and a serene atmosphere, I was quite disappointed with the room I was provided. Given the beauty of Mussoorie, a scenic view is something you’d naturally expect, but unfortunately, my room had no view at all. It took away from the overall experience, especially at a property of this caliber.However, the staff was courteous, and the facilities were excellent. I’d recommend future guests ensure they book a room with a view to make the most of their stay.

Breathtakingly Beautiful.A very hospitable staff. Would like to especially mention the following:- TONY (The singer who made our night in the Trout House Grill & Bar. Chef ROSHNI @ the Teppan for the most amazing experience. The Server that night (27th Jan) whose name I unfortunately can't recall was most wonderful. Singer Avinash Bhardwaj made our last breakfast enjoyable. The chef at All in all the experience was unforgettable.

Everything was perfect. If I could make a small suggestion:- After stepping out of the pool I wish we had some lounge chairs inside (as opposed to the 2 out in the cold) so as to relax .. enjoy some drinks etc..

Issues with the room

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. There is so much to do for everyone that you don’t need to leave the property

To be honest there is nothing that we didn’t like. The elevator wasn’t working or very slow or occupied most of the time. We do prefer the stairs though

Very small inner territory.

The property is beautiful with stunning views from the deck, the rooms are cozy and the service was impeccable.

The staff is excellent, always willing to help - with a smile; the food is also very good as is the location and facilities. Particularly loved the music and setting at the hi-tea area.

The changing rooms and steam/sauna facilities are small for the size of the property. Also, swimming trunks drying machine is missing, which is something the property should add.

The rooms, the restaurant and food, the service was impeccable, the pool was lovely, the outdoors, view, everything was perfect! The attention to detail everywhere was extraordinary!

The breakfast spread was wonderful with lot of optioptions and the staff was excellent courteous and most helpingLooking forward to visiting it again soon
