Hotel Lantana Naha Matsuyama

The room was fantastic and it had the best air conditioning I've run into in Japan!

If the 3 pm checkin was 2 pm instead then it would've been perfect.

Unfortunately there were ants all over our beds and they did not go away until we told the staff and they sprayed the room. It was in the red light district which was slightly uncomfortable.

The location is very convenientGreat value for price paidThe staff was kind and spoke english a little bit.

We had a roach in our room. We stayed only 2 nights so it's not like we had trash around for very long.

Perfect the location, close to the Main Street and big room compared to Japanese standard :)

There are many convenience shops and eating places in the neighbourhood.

The room is small for 3 of us with baggage. Location is away from the main shopping street. Parking is limited. Quite a walk to the bus stop and Yulrail station.

Stuffs are very nice and most of them are able to speak English

No stairs if I don't want to wait the elevator

Breakfast was good. Salad was fresh. Hotel serves Japanese-style as well as western-style breakfast.Beds were comfortable. The room I booked also had a Ta-Ta-Mi terrace with a little tea table, which could easily accommodate two adults for staying.

It would be nice to provide additional pillows at the front desk.It was a little bit noisy on the streets.

They given me a room with two beds I was happy but when I saw the beds it was good for sitting but I am sure it wasn’t for sleeping if you can sleep like a dead body then it is fine . If you move during your sleep you are definitely going to fall . There was no cabinet or any space for luggage.

Very good sized room with tatami dining area. Excellent breakfast buffet and super friendly staff.Located in the Matsuyama neighborhood of Naha, near Naminoue Shrine and Fukushen Gardens with great restaurants peppered all over the neighborhood.Nicely removed from the crowds on Kokusai-dori but close enough to it as well.

Placement was good overall — away from the hustle and bustle of Kokusai-dori, with reasonable Yui Rail access. The room was no-frills, but comfortable enough for a quick stay. Breakfast was certainly serviceable, if not anything to write home about.

The need to be in the room for it to receive power means that you can't leave the air con running. Coming back at the end of the day to a hot and humid room was unpleasant, and the unit itself was weak and took a long time to remedy the situation.

The location is very good.The room was very clean.The staff were helpful. A good value for the money.

The room was slightly small. I wish I were able to check in early.

The employees may have more empathy and flexibility towards foreign guest, we waited for the room in lobby for around 40 mins only until we came to the desk again at 2:40 to ask “if the room is ready? “So we got our key,We asked about the taxi to send us to Naha airport next day but never got an reply answer, it’s early flight so worried about no car but they did not reply to us , it seems that’s “non of their business”attitude…lacks the sense of hospitality…We ended up book the Uber instead.

Room layout is great. And had a family mart nearby. The lobby always supply Okinawa style beverage

It was immaculately maintained, very comfortable, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was incredible and the location was excellent as well. For what I paid, it well exceeded my expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

The location was convenient to the port and a short walk from the shopping street where you could buy souvenirs.

The mattress was really hard.

About 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest monorail station. The nearby beach is very small though so don't expect much if that's what you're after. Good location for central Naha though.At least one staff member speaks fluent English and staff were generally very friendly and helpful. They agreed to keep one of our suitcases while we stayed overnight at Zamami island which was a great bonus!

There was no table in our room which was a minor inconvenience when it came to eating but at least there were long shelves all along one wall which was convenient for laying out items.
