Friendly staff and very walkable. Take the monorail from the airport terminal to the hotel which is a brief walk from the station.

It was clean, modern, and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I¿ve ever had. My mother very much enjoyed herself. The staff even accommodated us with a lower level room, as she has a fear of heights.

Location! The hotel is located right in front of the Kokusaidori Street.And it’s less than 5 mins walk to monorail station. Plus, there are many convenient stores and restaurants around the hotel.- The room is great. Not too big but still bigger than others.- Well maintained property.- Great service. - The breakfast has variety of foods. - There are free luggages store services in the hotel.- Convenient Parking. Highly recommend!

Clean spacious rooms, with great amenities. Helpful staff- we were able to leave our luggage prior to checking afterwords our luggage was delivered to our rooms. Great location.

Best location 100m from Kokusai dori street. Near Don Quijote. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Picked this hotel due to the hotel reviews about it's location. This did not disappoint at all as close the monorail and buses. Easy to get around to see the different sites. Staff were all friendly.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of options and good quality. Location was perfect, right next to the main street (Kokusai dori). Our welcome was great, and very friendly staff. There were free umbrella’s for you to take. Room was spacious with a view on the city. There was a desk in the lobby where you could take free amenities. There was a storage space/lockers where you could drop off your luggages. Very safe!

Nothing, everything was amazing. One small thing what could improve were the breakfast hours (ends at 9:30, last order).

Close to airport and food. The bathroom was nice.

Room was smaller than expected even though I seen room size online. Could be a little cleaner, especially under the bed. Room was too hot. Couldn’t set the temp lower than 22C and I was sweating at night. I had a Japanese roommate that could read the control panel too.

Location was perfect just close to Kokusai dori and short walking distance from the port for day trips to other islands. Breakfast was fantastic with Okinawan food.

Laundry room very small and machines were not working very well.

Enough big rooms. It is Clean everywhere. lemon air at entry. Good air-conditioning system in room at summer time. Large bathroom. In addition, they helped me very operatively to deliver my ipad, which I forgot during stay.

Location of the hotel was great - near international street, but not right in the middle, so you still get the same access but without all the noise/people wandering around. Rooms were comfortable for two people, adequate space considering other Japanese hotels. Water pressure in the shower/bath was great. Free amenities available for those who have forgotten their toothbrush/hair brush etc. Wasn't explained, but there are microwaves/washing machines/ice machines available on a certain floor (forgot which level), so very convenient for those who want to pick up something from the convenience store to have as a late night snack.

There is no drop off area at the front of the hotel for those arriving by car - you'll need to pull into their carpark which are staffed (who then assume you are parking your car in the parking lot).
