The staff was very gracious and welcoming. They met us at the ferry dock and drove us to the property.The hotel ran a shuttle to Aharen Beach.They also offered to book excursions to other islands, etc.Tokashiku Beach was extremely quiet this time of year

We have no complaints about our stay. If you enjoy walking, you will find a lot of hills and small shoulders along the roads (instead of proper sidewalks) but the streets are fairly quiet and cars travel responsibility.

Staff were awesome and helpful, the food was great. You can get your room cleaned every day, if one prefers. The gentleman staff went above and beyond to help us book our island hopping boat. Thank you. We love the shuttle bus to Ahern beach.

Property could use some upgrades.

The beach was close by, and with amenities like showers available, plus the staff's excellent service, we had a very pleasant stay.

Our stay was fantastic!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the stay extra wonderful. The location was perfect! Gorgeous beach right out the back door and very friendly lifeguards. The food they offered was great! Plenty of options and all delicious.

You could tell the facility had been around for a while, but it was perfect for what we needed to sleep and shower after days at the beach! The area doesnt have many other options for food, but you don’t really need it since the hotel provides delicious food! The free shuttle Aharen beach was perfect to explore another area as well!

The location is awesome. The facility is on a beach that has amazing coral reef. The beach is made up of broken coral so I would recommend some decent beach shoes/sandals, but you can still manage barefoot. The facility offers a decent lunch and dinner. They also offer lots of water activities. I actually dropped my gopro in the ocean, even with it tethered to my wrist, and our tour guide swam around and found it in the middle of the ocean. I could not believe it. there is a store that sells drinks and snacks that is very convenient. We called ahead and they picked us up from the ferry. We had a great time and I only wish we could have stayed longer. You are a little secluded but that was no problem for us.

Excellent location right on the beach which is stunning. The staff are exceptional will go out of their way to help you and are very kind. I would recommend staying here when visiting the island

It is peaceful and steps away from beach. Half board and restaurant on site make visit convenient.

The doors in the room open out and make it difficult to move around in the foyer area.

The beach

The hotel is simply neglected, there is a bad smell in the hallways, ,the bedding is unpleasant to the touch, and the blanket is actually a sheet with the bedspread on top of it, you don't even get a bottle of water, they charge money for a beach towel

The view was great, location was great, meals included was nice.

The floor mattresses were uncomfortable, the food was OK, and every tiny little thing cost extra (including any additional mattress for toddlers). There were only two small chairs in our room for a family of 6. Breakfast was pretty early and only for a short window, dinner was later and only a short time. You couldn’t do any real snorkeling (past the mud and grass) without the life guards stopping you or you join a snorkeling tour. Needless to say, we slept and ate there, but spent our days at another beach.

The beach outside the property is amazing! So beautiful!

It is isolated. The restaurant was good and the on site store fairly well stocked, but there were no other options within walking distance. The hotel does provide transportation to the other beach area, but there are not a lot of options for shopping or dining.

Beach was beautiful and snorkeling was incredible.

The hotel is a bit more isolated than other properties on the island. Depending on what you're looking for, that may be a good thing.

not very comfortable, but serves the purpose of being able to stay on the island, having food for all meals, on a beautiful beach and doing water activities. We were there during rainy days, so in the room a lot unable to be doing all of the outdoor activities we came to do, so not fault of property obviously:)

The hotel is RIGHT on the best snorkeling coral reef! We swam with turtles right in front of the hotel.

Good location just by the beach. Very peaceful in April, only one little restaurant beside the hotel in the village. There's a small shop in the hotel.Dinner and breakfast were good.A bit outdated but in a good kind of way ?

It was only allowed to swim in certain areas of the bay. You had to go on a tour to be able to snorkel where the turtles are. Very beautiful snorkeling though but you couldn't do it on your own.

The room is clean and the aircon works well. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The food was good, especially the lunch. The beach is just stunning, we went snorkeling and saw turtles and beautiful colourful fish.

The place could do with a major makeover. I didn't like how you couldn't hire snorkeling equipment for longer than one day at a time..so it meant you couldn't snorkel before 9am when the hire place opens. This was unfortunate for us as we were only staying one night and the weather was beautiful on the day of check out, we were leaving at 9:20 so couldn't snorkel while it was sunny.

super awesome staff, great location, little shop in the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks as well as souvenirs, shuttle service from/to harbour, would definitely stay there again

Keep your expectations low and you will love it! It’s a beach front property. The location is unbeatable and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. I had a wonderful seaview from my room. The property is old and run down but there wasn’t anything I missed. The rooms had everything I needed, the beds were comfortable. The included food (half board) was delicious. The reef was very good and I even saw turtles. If you are looking for some peace and quiet on a beautiful beach, this is the place for you.

The hotel is located in a secluded spot right in front of the beach and offers amazing opportunities to try different activities (snorkeling, SUP-paddling, boat trip with glass bottom…).The staff is AMAZING and super attentive, they made us feel so welcome every time and they help us with everything (shuttling, tours…).The room had a sea view!

The property is very basic and worn down. The food from the buffet (both breakfast and dinner) is always room temperature/cold even when sitting under the warming lamps.
