Superb location, spotless clean, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. We had wonderful stay.

After I booked the hotel, I found that the price became much lower (more than 70 euro difference) and I tried to contact the property for the price adjustment or other alternative reimbursement but they replied that can’t do it.

Excellent location to stay if arriving at Naha in the evening or having an early flight out of Naha since this hotel is less than 5min walk to a monorail station which is 5 stops away from the airport. The hotel is also near Naha bus terminal. Although breakfast is not provided, there are convenient stores nearby. Also, our room has a cooking area and equips with a big refrigerator

Nice experience with your hotel & staff. I added additional nights to my stay for being so satisfied and happy with all the hotel had to offer. Perfect location to monorail, Lawson store & attractions.

Great location, clean staff was wonderfull! Sake machines in lobby along with tables and lots of charger stations.

Beds a bit hard, our washer did not work in our room as we had two rooms we were still good!

Near Asahibashi station (get off the station, right exit). There is elevator on this side. The room is clean and full of basic amenities. I chose this place because there is a microwave in the room. Also small fridge, vacuum cleaner, washing machine(wash&dry) in the room too. Everything is perfect. No clean service during stay but i stayed 7nights so staff offered 1clean for me.You can ask for towels change and extra garbage bags.

My room doesn't have sink.I think there were not enough hangers.

Room was comfortable which included a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Air conditioner worked great too. Hotel location is close to train and bus stations. Also quite close to Kokusai Street for shopping. Lots of good places to eat nearby and a shopping mall. Love it! Would definitely stay again!

Bathroom is small, so if you're tall you'll be cramped, but other nice and clean

Clean and functional room! Great location— 3 minutes from the Yunirail and a few more minutes to the bus terminal. Lots of eating/drinking options, and of course, combini!

There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway. The room itself was somehow strange. The bathroom is not the best one.

We stayed for 6 days 5 nights, no cleaning. Sometimes we stayed for 5 nights , the hotels will clean our rooms once.

Comfortable stay, very clean, great location. Beds quite comfortable for Japanese 3-star accommodation.5-10 min walk to main shopping street Kokusai Dori, and just down the road from the bus station, which is the hub for tours and local bus travel. 3 minute walk to monorail station.The units are compact but very functional, and there is a microwave, fridge and kettle, which is very handy.Staff are polite and helpful.Fully recommended if you prefer to be away from the din of the busy main street.

The hotel is located conveniently near rail station and bus station. The room was very cleaned when checked in. Every room is provided with a 2-in-1 washing machine and a microwave which is a plus point in choosing this hotel.

The queen bed is much smaller than the usual size which we find it very uncomfortable and squeezy for 2 persons to sleep on. No housekeeping service is provided during our stay and every room is provided with a vacuum cleaner for self-cleaning if required.

We had separate bath and toilet rooms. Many restaurants nearby.Walking distance to the monorail, bus terminal and shopping street.

The counter staff speaks very little English. Communication was challenging. He used the translator to answer our questions.

Convenient location near the bus terminal and tram station. I love having a washing machine and dyer in the unit. Very clean and well maintained facility and surroundings. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Convenience store is 2 minutes walk.

Hotel was in a good location for getting to/from the airport and around Naha. Room was clean with a washing machine and detergent. Staff were friendly and hands off. Shower was powerful with hot water.

Beds are on the firm side and quite noisy from outside (ear plugs resolve this). If doing a wash, nowhere to hang clothes to dry (washing machine does have a drying facility). Quite tight to navigate around the beds.

It’s a small matter, but to stay longer, I want them to make a contract with NHK to enable us to watch BS programs.

Very accessible to everywhere, especially the airport by monorail. The room was clean and comfortable. Lawson just diagonally across the road, and some eateries around. Hotel also nice to let us leave our luggage with them after check out. Lobby area lots of seats and charging points, really understand travellers' needs.

No parking at hotel and nearby public parking is expensive or limited lots. This is a big downside if you are renting a car. Toilet also quite small and didn't like the tap system. Plan carefully if you are washing clothes cos the washer cum dryer in the room takes ages.

When I had to adjust some dates, the price for my booking shot up. Should be more flexible.

Location wins hands down. Room is clean but note that there is no daily housekeeping. Dryer and microwave in room are helpful. Could provide a plate for microwaving food instead of rental charges.

Toilet small. Dryer takes long time to dry.
