Great views and friendly staff made everything wonderful

Sits in the middle of a crater, and they do not do a good job of explaining how to get there on foot with very small children, we had to take a dangerous hike to get to the hotel one day because some told us to just follow google. I didn’t realize until it was too late how dangerous our path was. Lesson was learned though!!!!

Location is close to Naha

The room says it has balcony, but the entire building doesn’t have, the room is old not matching the images, the room cleaning isn’t executed well, parking for vehicles is not good and no proper directions for overflow parking, when asked to late check out by an 1 hour I was told to pay extra !! This is my first time ever been asked, I have tried to call the room service at 11pm, front desk also but no one answered when I went to the reception they have mentioned that room service closes at 9:30 !!!, the customer service is really poor.Pool felt unclean and rusty

I booked this place as our relaxation day and it met our expectation. A little bit far from the station but they will help you to get a cab

The adult side pool was closed so I didn’t enjoy.

Free parking. Smells nice. Clean and well kept. Nice view. Lots of free parking.

I wish the pool was open until later. Closing at 6pm in the summer seems like a waste. Didn’t know what time it closed so we missed our chance to enjoy it.

The pool area was pretty cool

It didn't have a convenient store, like most hotels do, especially in Japan. We had to go outside. Plus, the pool closed super early.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was within walking distance from Kokusai Street and Shuri Castle. It was also not too far from the airport. Breakfast every morning was good. I enjoyed utilizing the pool as well.

Liked plentiful, easily accessed parking. Liked the breakfast with multiple options, Loved the natural, quiet beautiful beach.

Beautiful resort type hotel. Great restaurants.

The location is a little isolated.

The room is too small. I and husband could hardly move around without turning sideways.

Stayed here before and previous experience convinced to stay again.

Two requests not met:1) Was promised to replace an extra bed with a crib and it took repeated asking to have this completed.2) Request for late check-out was declined

The room was alright. Plenty of space and very comfy beds. The pool was also fine and the breakfast was good.

You can easily tell that this place is outdated. The facilities had signs of wear everywhere. Also the location was awful. Unfortunately we were not able to rent a car due to the absence of an international driver license, so we had to rely on busses and taxis. For that the location was just awful. Don’t stay here if you don’t have a car. A cab to Naha centre is around 1000 yen

there is no lounge that we can hang out for a happy hour drink, a very quiet lobby? they should put more a lively ambience.

The breakfast is great with good selections.

Pool is closed during January even though the weather is fairly good at above 20 degree mostly.

Did not clear up our trash can and refill our tea bags, after coming to our room to collect the extra bed on the second day

The property was perfect for a family vacation. The pool is great and cabs are readily available to take you around the island. The food is also excellent. The staff go above and beyond to make guest comfortable!

I love the breakfast buffet and pool. And the staff can speak English so its easy to communicate.

Restaurant outside is limited. We end up eating inside the mall.

door was not opened at 1st by the card so we called one of the employee so she helped us by using her card may be the lock was old
