Location was good. On the edge of the touristy section so it was pretty quiet. Close to the monorail station. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fine.

Cannot compare to big name hotels where you get facilities like gyms or swimming pool (you need to pay for it or course) So with that in mind, at the price point and the availability of connecting rooms, I find everything meets my expectation.
Location, staff and cleanliness
The bathroom backed up before our last nights stay. However, the staff was able to accommodate with new room next door so the move was easy. The dining area was small so long waits when busy
Good location, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the convenience of having connecting rooms for our family of 4. The hotel’s breakfast (mixed Western and Japanese buffet) was pretty great, but we also loved the little cafe next door for its fruit-forward breakfast menu and tasty coffee. Parking is available at an onsite tower; it’s a little expensive and requires a few minutes to retrieve your car, but it’s still quite convenient.
The staff is polite and can communicate well in English. There is a parking for a fee but convenient enough. We booked a connecting room. There are ice machine, laundry machine.
The location is about 200 meter to Kokusai dori, and 700 meter from Mashiki fish market.

Still ok to carry all our shopping things back. Parking is right on the side of the hotel and the rate is good. Room is big, good for 2 luggages. Room layout/ facilities are convenient.
The hotel is outstanding. The hotel seems new. The staff could not be any nicer or more helpful. Everything is very high quality. The beds are very comfortable. The room was totally quiet. The walkable location in the heart of Naha is terrific. The breakfast is very nice.

I didn’t like the location when getting from the airport. There is a lot of traffic at peak hours. But once settled it’s very doable.
Room is quite clean, considering a little bit smaller than I thought, bath room equipment's is perfect. We stay 3 nights here and I thought it's close to the main commercial street and easy to find a lot of good restaurant with walking distance.
Breakfast is not as good as I thought, I tried one day and give up the rest days.
Very nice interior, comfortable beds, good equipment inside the room, tea and coffee is available during the day on the 2nd floor.
