- I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a modern, stylish design. They also have a nice restaurant downstairs. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, and there are several convenience stores nearby, which was very handy. Overall, it was definitely worth the money and I would stay here again.”
Cons -
- Breakfast was not included in our booking which we think it was not right. The hotel had a kettle and mugs in the room but did not offer coffee for guests to have in the morning which we think it was not good. The hotel charged 1800 yen for breakfast but given our dietary restrictions, they did not post what was included in the breakfast. Thus, we decided not to have our breakfast on the premises.
- Dust accumulation was observed in certain areas. Toilet was clogging.
- The pool was not heated, which was a little disappointing, but it did say "cool off in the pool after the sauna", so I guess that's on me for assuming. Also, due to being on an island, the pool deck (on the 13th floor) is windy, so maybe don't plan to hang out and read up there. Also, if you take your room key out of the plug-in, your devices stop charging, so if you only have one key you can't leave your devices charging in the room when you're gone, so that was a little annoying.

The accommodations were spacious. Parking facilities were convenient. The cafe and room service offerings were satisfactory. The private sauna facility was commendable. The inclusion of English instructions would enhance the overall experience.

Location is right in Naha, so close to the ferry port I could see it from my window and a 15 minute walk from the monorail station that takes you to the airport. Facilities were very clean and comfy. My room had a lovely coach bed right under a window I could watch the sunset from, a hot shower, provided pjs and room and walking around shoes. There were even bikes you could use for a day for free in the lobby!I ate in the hotel restaurant twice and thought the food was honestly great, as were the drinks. Laundry is in the lobby. I paid for the sauna one night and that was great too.Honestly for $100 for three nights I was wowed, would 100% stay again.

It's located in a quiet area with less foot traffic. Very clean and comfortable room with free toiletries. Breakfast buffet was very delicious with many various items to choose from.
I didn't like having to pay extra to use the swimming pool and sauna. Like most hotels, this should always be an included amenity for guests. Quite a walk to get to and from the nearest train station.
Pleasant staff, comfortable beds, nice breakfast buffet, location next to ferry from Kagoshima.
When we extended our stay to a second night we were charged 30% more and hotel staff said nothing they could do nothing to resolve this price increase since all was the hands of Booking.com. There was no recourse since we already had stayed the second night when we were presented with the steep price increase, and hotel management acknowledged the problem but said there was nothing the could do.
Conveniently located to a short walking distance to the harbor, also walking distance to good restaurants and rental car shop Orix.
Our room, standard twin room was quite small, I’m sure they have bigger rooms available.Pillows hard, too hard.
Spacious room for Japan, convenient location, close to convenience stores, 8mins walk to the train station, great bakery nearby.
Beautiful hotel. Comfortable stay and comfy beds. Very clean. Polite staff. Restaurant inside hotel. Natural light in the room was great.
The pool and sauna amenities advertised with the rooms were a additional price. There shouldn't be an extra charge for guest to use the roof top pool and sauna. The pool and sauna on the roof is what draw my attention to pick thw hotel. Upon my arrival, I was informed by staff all guest must pay to use pool and sauna.
Clean rooms, great air conditioner and dehumidifier, very comfortable. Lovely staff.
Not much. The location was a little away from the centre, but it was perfect for where I wanted to stay.
It was easy to access the pool with beautiful views and close to the city!
Did not get breakfast. Location was okay.
The room was so tiny. No room for any luggage at all. Drain in the shower/tub very slow. Not sure why housekeeping goes inside the room just to drop towels every single day, but does not collect old towels. Does not clean, nor empty trash or makes the bed. Even after leaving the card to notify them that you need a sheet change, they don't do it. Very disappointing. Photos online, not even close. The distance between the foot of the bed and the wall is 2 feet or maybe less than that. Front desk staff - only 2 were real nice. The rest were just okay, but I encountered 2 that were very grumpy.
A touch of light luxury. Great that bikes were available for sightseeing, rooftop pool was refreshing amid 30+ degree heat. A/C was nice and bed was comfy. Food was delicious and well priced
Rooms open to the outside (not a closed hotel) so be prepared for a wall of heat as soon as you exit. Not a downside, we were just unprepared haha
Comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast variety.
Bathroom small step
Very nice facilities. Quiet neighborhood and a short and sweet drive from the airport.
Not very many things around the hotel if you don’t have a car expect to walk a good bit. If you’re going to the aquarium/anywhere outside Naha then you’re gonna have to pay.
The location was great, room was big and spacious. Didnt have a chance to try out the pool.
The self checkout was not working, that was not a problem in the end.
It has a beautiful rooftop pool and is close to the airport and walking distance to the main touristy strip. Lots of decent restaurants around.
The pool is a separate fee which needs to be booked in advance. Also, you get smaller portions from the attached cafe if you order to your room (example: regular ~16oz coffee turns into an 8oz if ordered to your room)
The hotel was close to the airport and not fair from the tran station or bus station. We rented a car and the parking was very nice and convenient, with only a small fee per night. Breakfast was great and changed from day to day. The staff was incredibly nice when we forgot our keycards, needed access to the story-parking, checkin and checkout.
Room so clean
Staff can not speak English but they so gentle to help
