Infinity Hotel NahaKumoji -SEVEN Hotels and Resorts-

Loved the location. Could not be more central to the action in Naha. Also right next to Miebashi Yui monorail station so easy to get to the airport.

Wish there could have been someone helping with the checkin process at the beginning. We were there at 1430 and didn’t realize had to wait until 3 exactly before our code worked. We thought for a minute the code we received was not working.

Good location and washer and dryer.

I found a plug for the tea kettle, but there was no table or counter to place it on. So, I had to set it on the floor. Also, there was no table and chairs at which to eat the meals that I cooked. I had to sit on the bed to eat.

Sink and shower head were really low even for me who is 155cm

The room had great amenities like the washer/dryer to do laundry and the microwave. The location was great. Close to a monorail station. I decided at the last minute to rent a car so wasn't able to reserve on the spaces in front of the hotel but there were also several paid parking lots nearby. Convenience store across the street. A number of restaurants within walking distance. The location felt less touristy since it was a bit farther from Kokusai Dori Street.

Great location, great value, clean and quiet.

This is my 3rd time staying there and only having one key is still a big problem. Every place I have ever stayed at offers 2 keys to couples. One is not enough when you split up and do different things. The pillows are too flat and small .I had to roll a towel under it to make it comfortable.

It looks like only surface cleaning is done. There are dust at every corner of the room, thick layer of dust at the hinge of the door, on top of the microwave, inside the top edge of the washing machine drum etc.

I overall enjoyed my stay at this facility. The hotel is walking distance from Miebashi Station, convenient when coming/going to Naha Airport. I loved the neighborhood. It was a quiet and peaceful residential area but at the same time had a Lawson across the road from the hotel entrance and plenty of izakayas and restaurants around. The apartment was a good size, especially if you are travelling alone. It had all the amenities advertised that one may need such as washing machine, dryer, etcAC and wi-fi were working properly.*Beware that the property name on Google Maps is "Little Island Okinawa Kumoji"

Some aspects could benefit from improvement. I traveled extensively throughout Japan and this was the first time that I stayed at a 3-star hotel that didn't offer any kind of yukata/sleepwear.Providing an air-freshener would also be a nice touch, my toilet always had a funky/musty smell.Considering to add a nightstand and a luggage rack would also be beneficial.There were no light switches next to the bed.My sheets had some brownish stain when I checked-in.

Amazing luxury apartment on the top floor. Huge bathroom with show and tub, separate toilet, full working kitchen and laundry, and a wrap around balcony. The biggest place we stayed in Japan. A short walk to the food district, and also Tomarin Ferry Port. We have already booked a second stay!

We got 2 pilows, but we were 3 members. So, it was very difficult to sleep using these pilows.

the hotel is near yui rail and bus station, there is a convenient store nearby and very easy buy for groceries and water. The room is clean and well managed, there's no noisy or no worry about safety living in the apartment.

The location is amazing and spacious compared to the other hotels in Japan.A Lawson is just right next to the hotel.

Need a wardrobe or more hanging rack will be perfect

The key locker is a bit tricky to operate.

Fantastic location: near train station and within walking distance of Kokusaidori. Lots of eateries, including a fabulous hole-in-the-wall tradtional breakfast cafe, nearby. Apartment is spacious. The washing machine, dryer and kitchenette are a bonus!

No staff around to help. Self check in was a little tricky and the phone in staff is not very helpful.

Close to Miebashi station, has washing machine + dryer in each room which was really beneficial for travelers!

There is a dripping sound when you turn on the aircon/heater. Not an issue in winter but it may keep up light sleepers during summer days. It would be nice to have cutlery in the pantry area too.

Renting this place in the winter is not expensive, so it's very good value for the money. The room comes with a kitchenette, washer, and dryer. It has everything you need.

Some utensils, pots, and pans for cooking would be nice. Could have had some tea or coffee or something to make the space feel more welcoming.

Good location. Clean. Neighbor not noisy.

Too bare. I rented for 8 days. But totally no house items like utensils or bowls or plates makes it inconvenient.
