Loved that we had cold and hot drinks 24/7. Biscuits and sweets were wonderful. Bonus of free soba from 9-11pm for supper! Great that it has a laundromat.

Beautiful location, close to Kokusai-dori street and Naminoue Shrine/beach. Staff is fantastic and very kind. Amazing breakfast options, including a delicious plant based aai bowl included with our stay. Best plant based breakfast at any hotel we stayed at in Japan during our one month trip. Also breakfast time is until 11am which is ideal! Room was very large and beds were comfortable. Nice seating area with couch and smart tv and a wrap around terrace. Wished we could have stayed a whole week!

The room was gorgeous and huge. It's the biggest room that I have ever experienced in Japanese hotels for that money.The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The location of the property is great, just a few minutes from either Kench mae or Asahibashi monorail stations.I liked the opt-in breakfast and private sauna options as well, even though they might have been a tad bit expensive.

Super clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast. Room was on the larger size for these types of business-style rooms. you could actually walk on both sides of the bed!

Not really a negative, just an observation that if you book the smaller room it may be too small for really large suitcases

The place was very modern. I love the shower and bathroom, again very modern. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. We were stuck in a typhoon and were able to stay extra nights in our same room.

Super new rooms, and ours had lots of space too.Only stayed one night, but it was pleasant and staff (with limited English) gave their best.

Part of the reception could improve English a little bit more.Beds were really hard.

Kudos to the architect and designer, It was an aesthetically designed boutique Hotel, rich colors, modern, and warm. I stayed one night across the street and it was $30 more and not as inviting. The staff was cordial and helpful. The American breakfast, one of three to meals to choose from, was diverse and delicious, and the chef and hostess was cordial as well. The hotel is a short walk to the Asakusa station with a direct 1 hr ride to NRT Narita airport via the Keisei Narita Skyaccess line.

Smallish room with no good place to open your suitcase. Would be very difficult with two travelers. If you opted not to have the breakfast there was only green tea in the room, no coffee. No smart TV to connect with your devices and all channels, including BBC news, was in japanese.

Decent space but weird layout. Nice king bed and nice new interior

Lack of amenities in the room, 1 elevator. Needs more usable space, more attention to detail like hanging space, desk space, relax space
