Great location, responsive and helpful staff, good room size, great quality

The room was spacious. Slippers and PJs provided. The bath and included salts were very nice, especially since no onsen.

The balcony deck was dirty so you couldn’t step out and carpets needed replacing. No food options other than breakfast delivered to room.

Club lounge was pretty basic, but there was good snack and drink offerings and great local ice cream

It was right on the main drag, you could get everywhere from there. There was so much room, we’ve been in tiny hotels the whole trip for the same price, this was luxury.

Nothing, it was perfect

loved the room so much! best stay in okinawa. very clean and super spacious. free valet parking everyday, they even fetch your car for you in the morning. drinks in the bar were aplenty and complimentary. toilet seat was amazing, it opens by itself! location was great too, very near by drive to international street! the bed was literally two large beds combined, super big. would definitely stay here again. only thing that needs to be improved is the pillows, it’s very flat and provides no support to the neck

The location ! It's very close to the shopping but at the quiet side of the street and few mins walk to the city rail station

The location was great for what we needed. The room was very spacious with lots of amenities. The balcony was also an added bonus. Overall very nice hotel

The room size is really big, we could easily open our two suitcase in the room without any inconvenience. The location is close to Kokusai Tori and we found some nice restaurants nearby.

The location is excellent. It is easily accessible to the monorail and bus terminal (walking distance). It is near to a mall and the International Street.

We loved everything about the stay - from the welcoming and helpful staff to the gorgeous room and complimentary drinks! Valet parking service was super handy, and the location is great if you want to be in the centre of Naha! Our room was huge, tidy and very comfortable. I will gladly stay at this hotel again :)

The in-room breakfast was superb!

The sofa close to the window was too far from the table, and both were fixed; not practical for eating or working.

The room layout was excellent, clean and good amenities. Very comfortable for a week stay.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and had good recommendations for beaches and day trips. The room was spacious, free water and drinks (beer/soft drinks) were filled everyday in the minibar.

The room did smell a bit but this was probably due to the very high humidity in Naha. We tried the (western) breakfast one morning which is provided as a room service at an additional cost. We would not recommend the western breakfast option.

The breakfast room service is very good, and you can have a quiet meal with your family. The double basin in the room is convenient for washing.

We booked the Premier EXES Twin Room and it’s significantly larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms and the mini bar was free and refilled every day - this was a real bonus. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our five nights there. The staff were also extremely helpful and patient. The pool was a bit small but my toddler enjoyed swimming in it with the floats provided by the hotel. The hotel is also a short walk from Kokusai-dori and there are convenience stores right next to the hotel entrance.

We ordered breakfast on our last day but unfortunately I was not particularly impressed with the taste of the traditional breakfast. Although it was nice that they served it to your room at the time requested by the guest.

Very comfortable large rooms and a wonderful bathroom.The location is very close to Kokusai-dori, which is the Main Street in Naha.The breakfast in the room was also kind of cool. There is a choice between western and Japanese breakfast. The Japanese one was very divers.

The AC was a bit loud.

The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and we were very happy to discover upon our arrival that the room offers complementary food and drink some of which are replentished for free every day. The room we were in was very comfortable and luxurious, complete with a bath tub and a very big bathroom. The view was also very nice. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is quite close a stop of the monorail that goes through Naha and also to a promient bus stop used by organized tours.

Not really a problem, though the hotel has a swimming pool that we could not use as the entry is not permitted if you have visible tattoos. We understand it is a cultural thing, and the staff will be very upfront and open about it, but it's good to be aware.
