Free coffee tea black and green and big bath tub room. Breakfast okinawan buffet is great too I know but didn’t try this time.

A Big tub bathroom for everyone stying there on open till one am and in the morning from six am.

Location. Location. Location. Minutes from the Yuri Rail, bus stops, the beach, groceries, and shopping:) and the public bathrooms was wonderful. Clean. Quiet. There is a Family Mart less than 50 feet from the front entrance;)

2nd night there was a bad sewer smell in my room it was impossible to sleep.Talked to the staff about it but couldn't helpIt was difficult to exchange with the staff as they couldn't speak English

Confortable capsule with a small locker inside. Clear room and bathrooms. Towels and lockers are provided free of charge. The location is easily reachable from the monorail station in about 10 minutes walk.

The hotel was nice. The stuff was very helpful.The public bath was really great.

I prefer more european breakfast in the morning

Poor

Washing machine was dirty, all my clothes came out with some kind of sticky plant stuck to my clothes. I alerted the staff who did not care and simply hoovered the mess off the floor. The same happened to someone else the next day.

Good place with cheap jacuzzi and nearby girl bars (lol!!). The hotel is close to bus stop and metro station. Very quite.

Small room :(

Extremely well located, really nice facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Public bath with a really nice sauna and cold bath as well. Very reasonable price.

Close to the center

I booked premium double room but it was much smaller than expected. No complimentary slippers were provided. Front desk isnt friendly.

Bed was very comfortable. En-suite a little small but standard for Japan and was clean.The hot spring was really nice and wish I had used it more than once. Although it would have helped if they told me the passcode changes daily.

The bedroom could have been cleaner. There were stains on the walls that I assume is from humidity. The room can get quite hot.You could clearly hear people in the corridor when trying to sleep.

Nice hotspring for the price

I asked if tattoos are allowed. They told me it’s not (not even when covering). I decided to go with kinetic tape on them, and play that ball. I went twice, both times I saw Japanese men with big tattoos in the tub. I could not find anything online or in reviews, but this is very important to properly communicate. If it is or isn’t allowed. Another issue was the heat. In the capsules it was way too hot. And the toilets were all dirty. I used the toilet in the lobby for this reason. Breakfast is cheap, but not the best.

REQUIRE A SPACE TO DRY UP INNER WEAR AFTER WASHING, IN THE SUNLIGHT. THERE WAS A HOSTEL/GUESTHOUSE RIGHT AFTER WHICH PROVIDED THE SAME. I THOUGHT WHY CAN'T GREEN RICH PROVIDE THE SAME.

The hotel is immaculately clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. It was nice to have a public bath (onsen) to be able to go to. The hotel is in a great location in Naha. I appreciated the free amenities such as tea and coffee bags, razor, toothbrush, sponge etc.

A good price and a good quality amenities, customer service, everything was clean and beautiful

that it’s mixed. I was uncomfortable with sleeping and being in one room with men. Also the toilet for women were on the different floor

Clean. Comfy bed. Good selection of pillows in the library. Close to the market and tourist strip. Close to public transport

Dampness. Smells like it had has some recent flooding. Mildew smell.

Very close to kokusai doori. Capsules were large and comfortable.

Women’s bathroom was not on the same floor as the capsule and shared space.

The place felt very safe during the typhoon. It’s clean , quiet and confortable . I could wait in the lobby for the rain to stop for hours after my check out , thanks for that too. I had a great stay I recommend !

Breakfast closing from 9:30 felt too early for me :( But the staff was very nice with me and I was allowed to go a bit past the time anyway . Nice!

There is a Chinese speaking FO who is very nice, she gave me many great recommendations.

The capsule will make sounds when every time I move a little bit.
