Staff was helpful. It was very nice that we were offered a drink/ice cream for forgoing cleaning services for just clean towels. When cleaning was done it was very good.

There was a certain unpleasant smell in the hallway. Perhaps mildew?

-location-3 supermarkets nearby -opposite of Sakae machi -bed-staff

-maybe due to high occupancy, my request was not given. requested for room near elevator for my mother in wheelchair-we were in # 332 - end of the all way and WIFI was very weak

Proximity to Asato station, Sakaemachi and Kokusai Dori. Great service, breakfast and amenities. Price is perfect for long stays.

The location was amazing. We could take public transportation to various parts of the city including Shurijo Castle and downtown shopping.

It wasn’t very clean, the aircos were leaking, the area around the reception was busy every now and then and blocked for groups like school groups. So you were not allowed to get a coffee.

The location is great and breakfast was fantastic. A big room.

The station is close by. There are many shops and restaurants around.

Very close from Asato station. Good access to Kokusai dori. Room is enough for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children). Breakfast is decent ( you can have some Okinawan food) . Staffs are nice.

They told me that kids breakfast was not included when I get there. It was fine to pay but I wanted to know before I arrived.

Washroom is not clean, there was hair on the wall. There is an unpleasant odor in the washroom.

The location of the hotel was great & they offer room cleaning service everyday at no extra cost.

The rooms made a lot of noise, possibly piping or room fan, so it was hard to sleep at night.

The location is excellent. Right next to Asato Station and walkable to the Makishi Station (Kokusai-Doori) as well if you take the short cut. A 24/24 food market is available on the opposite site of the hotel. The room is large and fully equiped with TV, aircon, hair dryer, etc.

My room was right next to the highway so it can be really noisy with all the sirens. I can find molds (fungi) at some places inside the room but still at a tolerant level considering a short time stay. The wifi is not very strong as well so most of the time I have to use my own mobile data.

Great price for size, central location, great breakfast. Parking was 1200¥ for 24 hours in a small parking lot under the hotel with video surveillance.

Only two outlets available in the whole room.Smoking room smelled like smoke. (Duh!) We were prepared and brought an air purifier that we left on while we were out. You cannot open the windows.

It was easy to find and the rooms were a good size.

The rooms were a little dated and needed a deeper clean.

in the bathroom there was mold on the curtain, the walls were dirty and were not washed, the blanket constantly fell out of the duvet cover and there was an old trace of blood on it, the pillows were very hard so it was difficult to sleep, the blinds let in a lot of light so the room was light at night

Great location close to monorail Station , self check out.English fluent speaking .Great breakfast, I love tempura and pork.

Not enough parking lot, we have to drive around the hotel but the reception went to the car with us to find the car parking

Clean as most of the Japanese hotels, however the bed is extremely small, I feel it's the single bed and they provide as the double bed

Not recommend the double bed room, or else need to confirm w/ their receptionist before you enter the room, cuz if you want to change to bigger bed room, they will ask you to pay another room fee
