Smart Condo TOMARI

Love the view and how spacious the room was. Nice balcony. I really appreciated the bath and toilet being separate. Huge bath, so nice. Washer and dryer were convenience. Easy check in after the front desk closed at 7pm. I highly recommend. No pajamas or toothbrush so bring your own.

It could have used more amenities. Even just the basics like toothbrush and pajamas.

I liked the washer and dryer inside the room. The bathtub was very deep as well.

The construction noise and the horn blowing from the port. Also the traffic noise was alot. Also with me staying for the week I would like complimentary detergent even if just a small pack. I ended up buying detergent from the combine store as the packets downstairs were too small.

The hotel is at a great location next to the ferry you will likely use a lot. The room is big, clean and you get a lot of light. It was also well equipped, we had a washing machine and a dryer which came handy. The balcony looked to a petrol station, but it was still a nice balcony.

The biggest problem was that I had only one key that both opened the hotel's entrance and your room and after 7 PM there was no reception. It means after 7PM you cannot do anything separately with your partner and if you lose your key you are in big trouble.I had to kill a cockroach last night, which is not a big deal, but still negative.if the hotel manages to solve this two problems in the future, this will be an easy 9.0+ hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious with beautiful balcony view. There was even washing machine and dryer in the room, which was very convenient.Friendly staffs.I would love to stay with them again.Highly recommended.

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower water pressure was strong. It was close to the ferry terminal.

Everything was good, including lication, room big and fully equipped, attentive staff.

The only thing that might ruin your sleep is the traffic noise, especially from harleys' parading around 10pm

This hotel is great value - a spacious room with a balcony so I would recommend staying here. The staff kindly provided some flowers as well which was a thoughtful gesture.

The building is north facing so the balcony doesn't get any sun. The towels could be changed more regularly as they were only changed once during a week stay. More free tea, coffee and water would also be welcome.

It would be nice to get more than one room key so family members don't have to worry about staying together all the time.

The property was located in central Naha very close to the ferry port and shopping options. The apartment was very spacious with all the amenities needed to cook. The bathroom was large with plenty of space for showering and bathing. The apartment had also a washing machine and a dryer. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The pillows were a bit too hard (but that is subjective). Also they seemed a bit old.

The condo was super amazing and big enough for 2. It was clean, with a small kitchen, nice big fridge with freezer and a microwave. The washing machine and dryer were a life saver, no need to find a laundromat. The location was perfect with a 7 Eleven and Family Mart around the corner, we had a beautiful view of the port and the Ferry terminal was only a 4 min walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit it again!

The bed was a little bit too hard for my fiancé

Good sized room with everything we needed, including a great view from the balcony. Close to convenience stores and restaurants. Quiet location but walkable distance to Naha centre. Staff were really helpful.

Great room size, balcony, amenities

The staff was outstanding. It was well located and the view very nice on the Tomari port. We will come back for sure. All the facility was working perfectly and the cleaning staff very accommodating. Amazing place to stay while in Okinawa.

The studio is spacious enough with most facilities at hand. I would however, appreciated more complimentary coffee, milk and tea and other small things and not needing to pay for additional towels during our 4 day stay. Bed is comfortable, nice view from balcony although quite noisy in the morning. The condo is within walking distance to the port which was super great when needing to take ferry to nearby islands. Recommend to visit Kerama islands!

Clean, modern, & had everything we needed. It even had a washer & dryer in the unit. Loved the roomy outside balcony area with a table & chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

No negative comments at all...this place was great.

It has everything: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, a stove, coffee maker and kettle. There is a massage service operating out of one room at the condo, smart idea!

Nearby the condo food options is somewhat limited.

Room is very clean, it’s equipped with laundry machine and kitchen utensils are provided.
