Saronno Train station is a 5 min walk so it has easy access, good hotel and location to access Milano Centre and visit the city.

Everything was as it should be.

I loved being able to see the hotel from the train station. The staff was great, the hotel modern, clean and comfortable.

The room is a decent size, although we had to ask for another room because our request to have 2 single beds was not properly noted, and the staff was not aware of the request. The bed and pillows are comfy. The location is very close to the train station, Malpensa airport and Milan Centrale is just 20 mins away by train.

I had explicitly requested a quiet room. Instead, I was assigned one of the oldest, non-refurbished rooms, presented as an “upgrade,” overlooking the parking lot. so, seemingly no street noise — yet the real issue turned out to be internal: the room’s ventilation system produced a continuous, roaring noise, making it impossible to sleep. I eventually had to move to the couch, as it was the farthest point from the air outlet, and take a sleeping pill.At check-in, the service was noticeably reserved, which left me with little confidence that asking for a different room would lead to any meaningful effort, so I refrained from initiating a discussion. The same attitude appeared when my key card failed: I was lectured by a member of staff on how magnetic cards work, as if I had never stayed in a hotel before.Although the television listed numerous international channels, none of them were accessible — only Italian channels were available, evidently due not upgraded installations. Lastly, despite assuring me that the invoice would be emailed (a standard business-hotel practice), I still have not received it, even after following up.

Convenient, very clean, very quiet, very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Excellent location if you want to stay near milan, but dont want to drive to the milan city centre. Close to Saronno train station, big parking lot underground - cost 12euro, great breakfast selection, have a business centre so i can take my meeting calls while my group is having breakfast.

We stay at 2 different room, 1st night we're a group of 4 so we book the suite room, and it has kettle and coffee/tea. On the 2nd night it's just 2 of us, so we changed to deluxe room and there's no kettle and coffee. I think water kettle and coffee should be basic and provided on each room.

Everything, but especially the location: few minutes walk to the train station. We could park the car at the hotel and in 20 minutes by train be at the center of Milan. Also close to MXP, so very convenient for a stay on the night before an early flight out of MXP.

The appearance of the hotel on the inside was very nice.

The hotel is away from a lot of attractions. They need to vamp up on their spa and weight room.

Closeness to train station and restaurant in hotel

Smoke alarm right over our heads blinked red all night.

The younger staff was friendly and helpful, but the older man at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Overall, it left a negative impression.

Newer Hotel close to the Saronno train station for easy access to Milan and Lake Como. Large room, professional staff, easy access and parking.

The big rooms/suites are the best thing in the hotel, plus the swimming pool.

The coffee machine in my room did not work

Comfortable, location, nice sauna and pool.

We booked a king size bed and receive two singles. Also, we requested en extra robe, and it never came. Staff should be more aware of the details.

Hotel is modern, immaculately clean with a lovely ambiance.

Nothing everything was very welcoming and done well.

Room size

- Night shift reception staff was rude (male), while Morning staff were friendly.- They charged me extra for using minibar. I didn’t. Fortunately I reviewed my payments before leaving, and they cancelled it.- Housekeeping staff were not cooperative. They provide us with one complementary water, although we were 3, and when we asked for more, they refused. This was strange because its not my first hotel in italy.- We booked a suite with kitchenary, however when we tried to use it, they said its available for 14 days stay only. We stayed for 3 nights and nobody refilled tea bags and coffee.

Great location near the train station for travel to MXP. Staff is great. Excellent amenities. AC worked well.

The customer service at the desk was exceptional - very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was also very good each morning and the restaurant was always well kept and organized.
