Hotel Cyrano

The staff was more than polite and promptly available to our needs as guests .The hotel is very clean,breakfast provided quite good choice but above all the reception doing great job .Will recommend and sure return .

Very much liked the hotel, it was very clean, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and spacious room!

We were there for the night to break our journey on the way somewhere else. It was a comfortable clean room with parking. The reception was friendly and we got a good recommendation for dinner.

Everything is spotless with comfortable rooms and a attentive and pleasant staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around.

The only downside was that the bathroom bin was broken, but apart from that everything else was excellent.

It was a nice hotel with good rooms and airco. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. It was good for passing through. We recommend restaurant La Perla a 5 minute walk away.

Was easy to walk to the rail station Malpensa express , which brings you into Milano Centrale station . Great breakfast.

No pool

Welcoming staff, clean facility, lovely water and cookies in the lobby.

Noisy air conditioning and no in room control of the AC. I needed a blanket at night.

Good location for reaching Lake Como. The menu was decent, and overall the place was clean. The man at the reception was absolutely wonderful — he welcomed us with a big smile, was cheerful, and eager to help. Underground parking is also a plus.

The elevator and facilities are quite old. The lift hadn’t been vacuumed and the carpet inside was dusty. We stayed for two nights and the daily cleaning was superficial — dirty coffee cups from the previous day were left behind.

Great location close to town centre and train station. Easy to travel to Milan and other directions. Helpful friendly staff.Comfortable room and great breakfast.

Staff was really friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice

Unfortunately the air condition wasnt working and they couldnt turn off the radiator (apparently by italian law?), which increased the room temparture to probably 27 - 30 °C, you couldnt also open the window because people were smoking directly beneath it and mosquitos came in. If it hadnt been for this the stay would be much much better but this is a deal breaker.

breakfast was adequate, location was good, close to train station. overall a good stay.

fridge in room was noisy, no shelf in the shower. Pillows not to my liking albeit that's a personal view.

Very good location, near the train station and has a very good parking space. It could be a good base to travel around Lombardia.

Quick efficient reception. Moreno on reception was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was big with good heating. The bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel was good value for money and good for getting into Milan and the airport.
